Law #9 and 10 have honestly been resembling my habits rn. This video has triggered some self reflection within myself and yes I do. I do go crazy after losing my streak, and I hate that. In the beginning when I didn't track I was honestly better off and felt better too. I'm now gonna cut that off of my habits and stop tracking, and just do it. For law number 10. My dream is for my friends and I to become stronger and live long lives with one another but it seems they just can't commit to what I'm saying. I've offered my own help, even with just the gym, I understand how going alone is intimidating so I offered my assistance. But now it's been a few months of just delaying. I've offered your RUclips channel for help so now the responsibility has been lifted off myself and now onto them, I pray in few months time, they'll comeback to me for help

I dont agree with Law 17. I only watched your videos. You think maybe your videos have little influence. But your changed my life. About 1.5 years ago i clicked on a video from you. It was about how Tiktok is controlling our society. I liked the way you explain and talk. Because of this i watched more and more of your content. At the time of the first video I was maybe a 3,5. One and a half year later Im a 7/10. But you not only changed my mind, you changed my future. Realising how my life got better. From doing bad habits and more bad thing to actually changing something. Its not even about doing the good things perfect. Its more about thinking and about your mindset. Now I have a future plan of my life. I try every day. And I will still do it even if i think im at the end. Im not in the position to say i have done it. Or im finished. There is much more coming in the future and i take every advantage. Thank you Hamza

As a woman I loved this video , I thought I was doing good in life but after going through and hard breakup I realize how held back I was being. I’m ready to change my life drop the people that also held me back and level up in self improvement
5 days ago my gf broke up with me bc she's didn't see this is working out and i blocked her and day later unblocked and bc i need to understand what wasn't work out and i found out she replaced me with other guy and she told i can tell my mother to sit with me and help and tell her everything... after this text message i stoped being sad and foolish and heartbroken bc i don't want to think my mother her son is a failure and said goodbye without feel anything absolutely zero emotions. The only feeling i felt is being angry on myself so i wanted to change so badly and start praying to allah. wish me luck guys
I started a separate channel for games and anime videos and it's going well. I can agree on just wasting time being bad, but if you have a genuine passion for this media you should pursue. I already have so much stuff I want to create in the future.
Outgrowing people is so true. I broke up with my ex because of that. I just felt like she's not growing at all. And she's eating up my time for nothing. But when it comes to my friends, I don't cut them off just because of that. The reason is I don't spend a lot of time with them unlike my ex. Cutting people off for this reason is cruel but you have to be able to make this decision
Bro you are so fucking funny while doing these videos🤣🤣🤣 like some of the degenerate lines are real, damn it really also helps to identify what pieces of shit habits we left behind. We all had/have them. Love your content bro, never stop being this genuine!

The learning everyday fact is legendary, ive seen it in ny father. My father run's his own software company. since i was young, ive seen a hell lot of books in my house and i asked him one day if the rising cost and inflation affected us and to what level, he replied, "Inflation doesn't affect people like us, because we learn everyday. When the world moves ahead by 1 step, we move ahead 10 steps because we learn faster and everyday."

These edited video are distracting dopamine addictiveness. Those old videos I like.
Thanks Man ❤
5 days ago my gf broke up with me bc she's didn't see this is working out and i blocked her and day later unblocked and bc i need to understand what wasn't work out and i found out she replaced me with other guy and she told i can tell my mother to sit with me and help and tell her everything... after this text message i stoped being sad and foolish and heartbroken bc i don't want to think my mother her son is a failure and said goodbye without feel anything absolutely zero emotions. The only feeling i felt is being angry on myself so i wanted to change so badly and start praying to allah. wish me luck guys
Hi bro I'm from Nigeria bro. I'm in hunger of self-improvement. I love your advice
this video changed my life
Fun fact: i started self improvement when i didnt know it was named self improvement
Didn't ask. How much do you meditate each morning
I started a separate channel for games and anime videos and it's going well. I can agree on just wasting time being bad, but if you have a genuine passion for this media you should pursue. I already have so much stuff I want to create in the future.
Have not watched this man for 3 years
Outgrowing people is so true.
Thanks for all the help in 2023 but at this point I have outgrown your content.
Thank you hamza sincerely 🙏
thanks bro you re saving lifes
Much love my brother hamza❤
Bro you are so fucking funny while doing these videos🤣🤣🤣 like some of the degenerate lines are real, damn it really also helps to identify what pieces of shit habits we left behind. We all had/have them. Love your content bro, never stop being this genuine!
Now that you have abundance i would love to see videos on your channel about stoicism and gratitude which i know your already preach, you still live with your parents but videos about stoicism and pure inner peace would be awesome where no matter how much you make or have the most important things are free
you saved my life thanks
Hey Hamza... I love your videos they inspire me but I don't like your law at 16:00 if the girl is with me from day 1 how can I leave her behind
Amazing video brother 💪
I keep coming back to 4ra for the crisp and clear graphics, feels like a video game 🎮👾
10:20 suppression leads to obsession
He's so right about the youtube vs. books/courses thing. Gotta invest in yourself
Great one Hamza!!
Brother, this video is gold, but change the thumbnail, because people don't want to watch it, because they think it is raw footage of you talking! Love from Bulgaria!❤🔥

Hamza saying close your eyes and still adding animations is endless😅😅
Hamza is our big bro man.
BRO Hamza is on the grind again.
Great video Hamza
