"You know you are being tempted when your discipline is tested" - yes, I made that quote
I really like seeing that written out. It's a universal truth within' us, we either fight it or remain idle.
Every quote has already been written or said by someone else, just it might've not attained attention.
Great quote😮
I'm screenshoting that
"you will start to enjoy the pain; and you'll actually begin to desire it "
That's what will keep me going.
Are you still going?
Was called too old at 50! Started training in crumbling garage lifting rocks doing pushups on paint cans pullups on beams got ripped af at 53 years old!!!
Brutal training on your channel garageman keep it up grandpa 🔥
i swear i saw this exact comment from you on another video
Not bad 4 old man👊
Why aren't you uploading man
Congrats man!
"Wake up to reality, where there is darkness there will always be a light to follow"🗣️🙏🏾
The quote that I'm scared and it has lot of power to put me in to studies.
"Someone out there is lock in himself and f#kin training himself to become the person who you want to be. And also remember that there is one seat on the throne...."
oh nah...
i got ledgit chills🥶🥶
To say it better, there is 1 seat on the throne, and you aren't the only one who wants it.
how th did i got that chills
"The more you overlook distraction the more opportunities you see" YOU GOT THIS BRO
NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL A W QUOTE
Also for those who dont get it he means the less distraction you see the more opportunities you get.
''dont listen to other people because they are the people who dont want to do hard work and pull you down from the road of success so they can be better than you'' this qoute made by me changed my life
I think the same bro 🤝🏼

C7L, if it weren’t for my older brother introducing your videos to me 7 months ago. I wouldn’t be able to do my daily routine everyday and I thank you for that.
bro it's almost the same for I jd woke up at 4:15 I seen him watching this exact video and I told ehat is this video called then I watched the whole thing and now I'm here commenting
I’m 2 weeks into the summer grind and my life has never been better. Listen to this man, he won’t lead you wrong.
I'm so happy for this video popping up on my home page. I want to try to better myself but I couldn't. I will come back to this video to update my progress, today is day 1.
I hope you have made progress successfully.
4 months ago i was sat on break at work, i was outside having a smoke, i was 22 stone, i had no frainds, i was sad, i was lonely, i was angry, and idk why, idk how, but something in me just broke, that day i went to the gym, I hated it tho, but i didn't want to quit, so i got in to boxing instead, and i loved it, i go 5 or 6 times a week, im now 19 stone and regularly sparing, stay strong frainds
That 3 am motivation really hitting hard 💀
I managed to get out of these demons, I face them every day thanks to you, to my efforts and to this entire community which pushes us to become better.
Thanks for your videos! They helped me a lot. 🙏
"Someone out there is the better version of you, its up to you to turn that around"-someone
I've been working hard recently - trying to clock in at least 6 hours of intense studying/coding every weekday. So far I am 200 hours in. Sometimes, I feel this resistance taking hold of me, and this video helped me a lot. Just keep going - whatever you are doing. Never stop, and you will get there eventually.
i want to be a boxer i want to be a champion when i grow up but the hardest part is school school always hurts my brain but by watching this video am starting to get used to doing my work and everything else
You are authentic my bro, please stay true to yourself and your goals and don't forget to lose yourself, just because your viewers want you to be that way, may God always help everyone in this journey to win in their lives. Keep up that great work buddy👍
I tell myself that I'm not good enough so that I work harder to improve, because I won't settle for anything short of perfection. And since perfection is unachievable... I'll just keep going higher.
Amazing video, thank you so much for making this! Your videos are actually changing lives for the better.
Also here's a quote I found (no I didn't make it):
"Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you do not belong."
Hey, I just wanted to say you’re a really motivational person. In the past 6 months I’ve been slogged down with work and been loving just doing work, it even helped me lose a bit of weight. Like 40-50 pounds. But one night a month ago I saw one of your shorts and watched a few of your videos, and finally got into a regular workout routine. Started meditating regularly again to get back into shape like I was a long while ago. So I wanted to thank you.
I view growth in 3 steps. First, work, Second, uncomfortable, Third, Growth. You work towards your goals which might be a bit uncomfortable, but you must realize that growth is outside of your comfort zone and you must address it every second while working, and push past it.
I gotta say this is one of the only videos that has motivated me even more cus i am the person whos "waited for my moment" i just need to push till it "falls in place" for lack of better words
Every step you take is a step closer to your goal
Watching this I had the fear, the moment I finish this video I will work on myself thank you very much
I'm going through the same thing right now, thank you, you are basically describing me on a daily basis, but this video will help me change
the biggest authority a person can have is being the voice of reason
“You can have more than what you’ve got because you can become more than you are.” HOLY SHIT this hit home
what i get from this is stop making excuses and just do it, and stop thinking you cant do it and start thinking you will do it
People say if you are experiencing pain do not feel sad but instead feel happy and i was just a kid back then but now i realized what they meant by that and when i always experiencing pain i always say to my brain no pain = no gain everytime even though my body can't do it anymore i still push myself even harder and the result is very worth of the pain i go through I am a boxer and im only age 16 and this guy here is telling is true in the age of 14 i am a lazy guy with unhealthy i am thick as a branch of tree and a weak boy and now im different than before so anyone who's got motivated by this video do it now and push and strive even harder.
A man with potenial, always gets striked down, only if their inner soul is ready to adapt to greatness
This is smart ❤❤
Can I borrow this quote? 🤲🔥
@@praiseaiyepeku2633 sure! Can you send me where you use it. I'll like to see where you put it! I made this quote
"If you think that you can't do something, dont think about it,do it, the only thing that is stopping you from doing things that is really important to you is you mind, so you gotta resist the urge to follow the things you know is wrong with you and do the opposite thing."
Its like you resisting the urge to scroll all the way down here is an example of progress.
There is more below check them out and i understand if you quit,
Quitting isnt defeat you know?
Dont give up theres still some more left
You're only 40% the way down yk?
You are 60% in take a little break here and breath for a minute.
Ill see you there at 100%
100% 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 congrats you successfully made it here you stayed and you officially stopped the urge to give up
That right there is progress congrats you can rest and keep scorlling or you can sleep idk but 🎉🎉Congrats!
"No matter how hard you try, or gow many things you do, theyll be someone better than you. Work harder than them and become better."
Through hard work grows true peace.
our first enemy are those who tell us who we are, are final enemy is the person we became after listening to those people
"the mind, the body, you want to improve is already there, you just thinks its not cause you don't believe that you can be that person." (it may sound stupid but i tried making quote that sounded good.)
Thank you for the inspiring content!
And thank YOU, the person reading this comment, for taking the time out of your day to watch this video and read this comment.
It may not seem like much but you’re doing yourself a huge favor by even consuming this type of media.

“You can’t control the wind, but you can control the sail”.
Currently, I'm 12 years old and will soon go into highschool. This helped me alot, thank you
Started to lock in 5 months ago, working every day
You know what's crazy, all of the Dragon Ball Z references up to Vegeta going super-saiyan i have recently seen, and let me just say, Goku and Vegeta are the best examples of what you are describing. Those 2 continued training even though they had bandages all over their body and a few broken bones. Dragon Ball is an amazing show, be like Goku.
ur 1 vdo changed my mindset completely
win morning wind day, wind days win week, win weekes win month & win months win year keep doing this
u will bcom unstoppable
Thanks buddy.. and i appreciate ur hardworkk and dedication keep going
This is one of the best videos about self-improvement so far.
Things never get easier, you just get the strength to face them.
"Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes."
posting everyday is ignoring quality, working out everyday is ignoring recovery, studying everyday encourages burn out, the truth is that if you’re so obsessed with what you want to achieve you will realize that it feels as if it’s getting further away, you will only emphasize the fact that you haven’t achieved things and that becomes your reality, I’m not saying to be a fuck up, what i’m saying is learn how to enjoy your life now, life is about living day by day, evolving day by day, trust that these days will build character, as soon as you force things, you realize you’re going backwards, trust life and trust yourself
the video is indeed well made and u can tell he put a lot of effort into making it, but each human have different opinion. Im not against the terms of the video.
I’m going to put this to the test. I’m spending progressive less time being lazy and I’m going to do stuff with my life I’ll see how it works for a week
I want to improve myself I’ll keep you tuned
1 like = 1 hour of workout
Good luck man.
Good luck studying 32 hours
but it should be continuous workout without stopping. So 60 likes = 60 non-stop gym hours

My life is my own responsibility and only i can save myself. So I’m not giving up on my dream.
the pain of regret is 3 times worse that the pain of discipline , not even joking , just say to yourself , this pain of discipline is literally better than the pain of regret , that's how i personally feel , good luck homie , peace

"Staying still is the surest way to fall behind; keep moving, and progress will find you."
Finally i found what was killing me for years its selfimprovement i started at a young age but all i got is camparison, sadness and pain being happy on what you are is the best then you improve naturally so im out
Actually im so sad i tried for years but all i got is downfall and pain
“If you only do what you can do, you will never be more than you are now.” - Shifu Kung-fu Panda 3
Throughout the haven and earth you alone are the the honoured one to turn your life around, you and you only behold the power to change your self and heal yourself so work hard and stay on the the f#kin grind
For all who are trying, even if it is a little, you got this. Whatever the next task is, do it. Believe in yourself. You are becoming a better you, even if it is a little, you are better than you were last time. I end off this message to say good luck in your journey.

U shouldn't need likes to start doing it, just do it.
@@Mental-j7kit's kind of a motivation thing trust me it works
Lock in bro
there, you do 100 hours now
Well tbh if u get to the stage where u need no motivation to start a task is the optimal being i think @NZTclips

Success is not for the chosen few; it's for the few who choose.
Not really true
@@RealPainfromNaruto beg to differ ?
@@MenOfUnbreakableHonorjay No. Not all dreams come true in life even if you work hard. But I won’t deny that all those who succeed chose to chase it. It’s all about circumstances.
@@RealPainfromNaruto so either way it still works out in the end. I like that , good statement.
@@MenOfUnbreakableHonorjay Well yeah either way it could work out in the end just maybe not the way you want but still happy and living
Heres my view on the topic:
Motivation is a great luxury that comes and goes but u cant always rely on it. The way you can overcome procastination is by imagining yourself slowing overcoming the obstacle.
Think of the task as a wall u need to climb. Just take ur time and slowly climb it. If you rush then you will fall down which makes the wall taller. Since now you have to worry about "falling" + the previous worries
Take a leap of fate miles a leap of fate that leap will one decide your life or two it makes you weak/strong
This has given me the motivation to start exercising again, tomorrow I'm going to go to the gym after a long while of neglecting it. I need to change or I never will
I agree with this. But I’d like to add my own twist. I think the best way to get hard stuff done is by making it enjoyable.
This is so underrated. If you can trick your monkey mind into thinking the boring/hard activity is fun. You win.
Remember: the man who loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination.
I definitely agree, but the hard think is how exactly do you make it seem fun, I think there many ways but for me personally I do something I'd consider hard or boring and combine it was something fun like listening to music
@@genius3121 yeah just combining it with something you enjoy. I read that in atomic habits and made a video on that. Like gym and music for example
As Paul Phoenix would always say: No pain, no gain 🔥🤛
the strongest in the universe!!! 🤜🤜🔥🔥
Act like the person you want to become..
Tell yourself to do the things that is hard to you..
Remember every second you waste is a second utilized by your opponent...
“Every day strive to be a better then you were yesterday”
"To become a monster at a task. Train like you're going to be a god at that task." -Me :D When you train, always over shoot what you want.
Thank you for the vid bro it actually helped knowing everyone else feels the same❤
my bicep is torn right now, right after i put forth all the effort. ts aint stopping me lol
Remember guys, anything worth having won't be easy to achieve and it will require you to step out of your comfort zone and do things you wouldn't normally do. If it were easy then everyone would be reaching their potential in life but there is only a select few who make the decision to change their lives for the better. To anyone reading who may need some encouragement just know that you are not alone on this journey to greatness and that it will all be worth it. Take this as your sign to make the decision today to become that 1% of people and stay on the grind to become who God envisioned you to be.
