This image of perfection that everyone has been chasing does not exist. We have been fooled by the media, that perfection can be obtained when that is not the case. We fix ourselves only to develop into older versions who will wrinkle and wither away. Notwithstanding, it is the right of him or her to do as you please with your own body. All I'm saying is to love yourself, truly, and what God has given you. Young people, You ARE ENOUGH. Stop believing the lies.

Patricia honestly I totally understand! I have the same issue, I have a 16 month old, I have lost weight but not in the right places, to be worse I have a huge fibroid, so I always get ‘is there a bun in the oven’ I’ve had it. So please am with you!!

You hear that someone committed suicide and they are described by friends and family as bubbly and full of life. Unfortunately none saw how much they were unhappy within themselves. I see a beautiful body and hear wonderful words from you...I hope you're truly happy because your eyes say something else. All the best! God loves you.

It's incredibly hard to talk about body issues, and even harder to talk about what if anything you choose to do to it. It's sucks but it's also harder for women, if this is what you felt was the right thing for you and you can afford it then why not. It's your body after all and being open and discussing these things is healthy for people to hear and brave on your part because sadly some people can and possibly will be cruel. I wish you all the best and I truly hope you're happier now that one issue you disliked has been (very tastefully) altered.

It was comments that made her feel worse about herself now she has done something to make herself feel happier there are comments that are now degrading her and telling her that she is wrong for feeling a little insecure about a place on HER body and doing lots of research BY THE WAY to change it. She doesn't owe us an explanation she responded to the comments and people that were asking in the first place. So cut her some slack. My nana always told us to bind our stomachs after having a baby (like wearing an extra small girdle or wrapping it with fabric) So the women in my family do that for like two months straight literally directly after having a baby. Do that y’all! It will help heal your body and keep your stomach together

I'm sitting here in shock. As a man I was raised NEVER to ask that question to a lady. So i'm confuses as to why any women within their right mind would ask someone they're not friends with this. It's rude af and to see those comments she posted were disappointing. Just sad.
I really appreciate how real you are and I know this video is going to help so many people. I have GI disorders so I'm often bloated a lot and it can definitely effect your self-esteem.

After having my twins my body was destroyed, I’ve always workout, I am also a fitness competitor. I ended up having a mommy makeover because my muscle were separated, I had hernia and loose skin. Not everybody recovered the same after giving birth. I never thought I was going to have surgery but I did, as long you doing it for you and only for you. The pain and the recovery is no joke lol, but I am happy, I have my life back. Congrats I love your channel.

My sister had this 'overstretching of the abs' problem after giving birth. Actually, she was advised by her doctor to have surgery because if not seen to, it can cause severe back problems as you get older.

Don't compare yourself to others; unless you have a personal trainer, a chef & a glam team, most women don't 'snap back' in 3 days. We "regular folks" need to stop that. Glad you made it thru safely, and feel comfortable in your own skin.

Depending on when you recorded this, we had our procedures done at the same time. I had a tummy tuck and lipo about 6 weeks ago. I'm JUST beginning to feel like a human this week (I've only been back to the office once and that was almost too much).
I had it done because years ago I lost well over 100 lbs, and my body is just a mass of loose skin. And like you said, I'm in a place in life where I want to enjoy my body because I never got the chance to. I'm still swollen and numb, but I'm beginning to see the results. I'm already more confident! Yesterday went to the beach for the first time post surgery; not sure if it was my newfound confidence or my new bikini, but people were actually staring at me. On the beach! Me! That has NEVARRRR happened in my life!
Point being, proud of you for addressing something that got in the way of you fully embracing yourself. Cheers!

I have two children and one emergency c- section. My belly is as huge as a mountain. We went to BRIGHTON PIER yesterday,and I was telling my husband how sad I was about changing my swimsuit for swimming,he pointed at someone. When I looked closely at her,I saw how curvy she was with no limbs. I mean, she had no hands and her male friend was feeding her ice cream 🍦 . I cried for a while and asked God to forgive my insanity.

Just because someone else may have it worse doesn't automatically mean our "lesser" struggles are invalidated.

Some people do find it easier then others, my mum was back into her size 8 jeans the next day after having me. Her sister struggled and did everything possible but just couldn't do it so she got surgical help. It is what it is. At the end of the day it's your happiness that matters you do you.

Love this video. I had the same thing happen when I had my daughter. I have always been a slim person as well and that lingering “baby bump” is so discouraging, especially when there’s not much you can do about it so I completely understand the feeling of being happy, strong and confident, but also wanting to feel better in your own skin for YOURSELF.

I love how you’re doing this because there are so many body confidence videos out there and quite a lot of the time it’s bigger girls (me!!) but the fact you’re “skinny” and still showing the side where you can have little confidence is so important!! Shows even smaller girls can feel this way and that’s so important
