    This is all true Dr Marcum, thank you! But what about us nurses that do the night shifts at hospitals. I've done night hospital work for 22 years. My sleep is very poor and my health is not what it should be😢 I ask the Lord to change something in my life. Thank you for all you do and teach us!

    I've taken on new work at my job and I'm stressed out! I wake up way too early and can't go back to sleep, then when I'm working I get sleepy around 3pm. It's miserable. I'll try some of your suggestions and see if this improves. Thank you as always.

    Thank you so much, Dr. Marcum, for that very helpful video. Everything you said is spot-on. I’m one of those people that wake up too early and find it difficult to go back to sleep. So very frustrating. My question is, do naps help to make up for lost sleep during the night? I’ve also heard that one hour of deep rest equals 20 minutes of sleep. Is this true?

    Please pray for....
    My sister, age 64, had a kidney removed today.
    Large tumor.
    Surgeon says that the tumor is most likely cancer.
    Her husband has been struggling with brain and lung cancer for the last two years.
    Heavy burden for a couple to carry.
