Let me tell you a story. I'd just been shopping, and my truck stopped. I couldn't get it to start. I called the service department of a local ford dealership, and they had no clue, other than to bring it in. I read all through many forums, with no answers. I had all kinds of ice cream, and frozen goods with me. I searched youtube for a bit, and came across your 1st video showing the issue. I watched this part, and was able to get another relay from close by. Tah-dah, it started right up. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO. You've saved MY ass, and a ton of heartache.

I have the same problem with the added bonus of no ground connection in the pin next to it. I was looking for a video that showed how to take apart the fuse box. But do you happen to know where the wiring goes from there if I do have to start tracing? It's just for pins 85 and 86. I can see them as they are not pushed through but, no continuity.

I don’t know if you can point me in the right direction. Same issue but wire is not pushed out. I can see it and it’s locked in, does have a little wiggle. If I use a jumper like this it starts. But can’t get it to start with a relay in. I’ve pulled the fuse box and checked the back. Can’t get the connectors any tighter

What terminals did you put the jumper on? Also, what did you do to permanently fix the issue? I'm having the same issue however mine also shuts off while driving.

Also. I can't find a description as to which terminal is 86 or 30. If I'm leaning over the driverside of the truck looking at the fuse box. Which ones are 86 and 30?
