I do want to add, when you're sniffing around at first, you're looking for the diet icons that you can see in your character menu under preferred food. There's dots, lines, and s diet. If you see one of those, head towards that instead of sanctuary.

Alternatively, you guys can try spawning at the swamp. There are usually a lot of frogs around there and you can scavenge the beaches for turtles and crabs. Even though these AI's arent part of your diets this area is usually a guaranteed meal so if you dont want to risk being unlucky and not finding food you can try the swamp

You probably need to delete your save file / config folder. Try this: 1. If running The Isle, exit the game. 2. Open File Explorer. 3. Click the address bar at the top. 4. type %localappdata% then press enter. 5. find "TheIsle" folder. Open it. 6. Open the "Saved" folder. 7. Delete the "Config" folder. 8. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.
Yes, the map with no AI will require you to go find actual players. East plains is usually a hot spot. Just keep listening for others making noise and sniffing to see if anyone has killed anything within your sniffing range. You can also head towards the migration areas, there's usually people there.
You're welcome! Yes, it can be difficult at times, especially if you don't know the map very well. If you look up The Isle Evrima Gateway Map on Google, you'll be able to get a better idea of where everything is and be able to navigate a little easier to find others.
You have to bite the body and as you bite you'll see it start to look worse and worse. After 3-4 bites I think, it opens up, then you can hold down G to grab an organ. If you hold down G and it's just a meat chunk, it might not be opened up yet or it might be something that doesn't have organs in it. Hope this helps!
Hide in a bush and press H. Sit and let it heal. You can press tab to see when the 'fractured leg' text goes away. It takes a little bit, but not too long.
There is at least one server with no ai. Make sure you're not in that one. Are you using head phones? They help tremendously when it comes to finding ai. Other than that, you just have to listen for them. I know there's a lot more now than what there used to be. Listen for pigs, deer, chickens, goats, and frogs. Why is it that there isn’t a toggle night vision setting? I can’t turn on night vision and it’s not even in the settings for me
You should be able to turn on night vision by pressing X.
