Archana Purandare good posture means heads on top of shoulders, your arms are beside your sides with palms facing side but not back of hands (you dont want your arms internally rotated). Similarly, your head, shoulder, should be in line with your hips (think of a straight line from your ears, to your shoulder, to middle of hips, knees and then ankle). That is good posture. Not slumping at upper back, or overall curved at lower back. Now how to attain this, first see yourself in a mirror. If your head is jutting forwards you need to get it back (do chin tucks). If your shoulders are overly hunched (do wall angels). If your hips are rotated forwards (then do hip flexor/quad stretches). If your arms are internally rotated, do external rotation. Remember, whatever you do, do it slowly. Best of luck. I would advise seeing a good PT.
Archana Purandare please see whether you have one of the following posture types - kyphotic -lordotic, swayback, flatback - you will find tons of information to analyze your own issues. Take that to your PT and best of luck.
