    This was exactly what I need! I've been doing your walk at home for weeks and shocked by how much my range of motion has lessened. This really was great and I'm going to do this at least once a week or more. Bless you for the fabulous program you've created. Just perfect for me. The music isn't jarring, there are 10-15 minute options, there are "no talking" options, and in the talking videos, you're not hyped up, but very gentle. Your energy is so healing and soothing.       I'm very happy to see your comment. I use a ball a lot for exercises with my patients and I find the exercises are great for varying abilities. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the workout.

    Thank you for these wonderful sessions. I'm recovering from multiple foot and ankle fractures. Would really appreciate it if you could guide me on other video workouts for strenghthening the ankle and foot.

      Hi Neeta, foot and ankle fractures are very specialized so I think you really need to do the exercises that work for you according to your medical doctor or physiotherapist/physical therapist. I would suggest just doing what you can and avoid exercises that aggravate your foot and ankle. You can definitely increase your heart rate by increasing your movement for your upper body until your foot and ankle heal. It is really important to give them time to heal properly. I wish you a speedy recovery! If you can do more for your upper body, choose the 'beginner seated/chair workouts' since they'll be more active than the 'true beginner' or 'gentle' workouts I have created.

    No closed captions! Your videos usually have them. Your movements are fairly easy to follow; but with hearing impairment I must guess if I am following your directions correctly.

      Hi Lynn, I actually haven’t done anything different than I usually do for options in the video. I’m not sure why it would be any different this time. I will look into it and get back to you.
