Waukesha had a rough couple years between this case and the Darrell Brooks case where 6 people including 8 y/o Jackson Sparks were murdered and over 61 others seriously injured. My heart goes out to them. Gotta be tough being in the spotlight for such evil acts.

The first two kids are probably not victims, they no longer have to live with their trash mother, loser stepfather and half-siblings and likely now get to live with their real dad.

IMO, if you're deemed to have a mental issue that caused you to commit the crime, you should still do the same amount of time as you would in prison, but in a mental institution. And no parole, means no early release. And if you are deemed "well" enough to leave, then it's off to prison (for whatever time is left on sentence) for your crime(s).
