Shaykh Muhammad ibn Uthaymeen رحمه الله on the evils of men & women mixing

“When we observe the behavior of the Wise Legislator, Muhammad ﷺ, we find that he strives as much as he can to keep women away from men.
For this reason, I bear witness before Allah that the proponents of mixing genders and freedom are deceitful traitors who wish to satisfy their desires through women.
They believe that this is democracy and progress, but in reality, it is monopolization and regression.
We know from continuous reports that non-Muslim nations are currently groaning, like a terminally ill patient, wanting to rid themselves of this mixing, but they are unable to do so now.
As Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “They fled from the bondage they created for themselves, and were met with the shackles of their own souls and the devil.”
We ask Allah the Almighty to protect our lands and the lands of all Muslims from the plots of the disbelievers, and those who follow them and chase after them to take from their regurgitations; while they vomit evils, others catch them.”
Attributed to the Scholar, Ibn Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy on him.
