    ➖ Recipe ➖
    Ingredients -
    Chicken & Seasoning -
    1 Tbsp (20ml) - Olive Oil
    650g (1.4lb) - Chicken Thigh, Boneless & Skinless
    1 tsp (4g) - Onion Powder
    1 tsp (4g) - Garlic Powder
    1 tsp (4g) - Smoked Paprika
    1 tsp (2g) - Dried Oregano
    Pinch of Chilli Flakes (Optional)
    Salt and Pepper
    Tangy Yogurt Sauce -
    2/3 Cup (180g) - Natural Greek Yogurt
    2 tsp (10g) - Sriracha Sauce
    1 tsp (5ml) - Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp (2g) - Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp (2g) - Sweet Paprika
    5g (0.2oz) - Coriander (Cilantro), Roughly Chopped
    Salt and Pepper
    Tortilla & Fillings -
    5-6 - Flour Tortillas, Warmed
    2 - Truss Tomatoes, Diced
    1/2 - Red Onion, Diced
Cos (Romaine) Lettuce, Chopped & Washed
    Salt and Pepper
    Method -
Dice the chicken thigh and put it into a bowl. Add in the olive oil and seasoning and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl, add all of the tangy yogurt sauce ingredients and mix well. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Place a pan over high heat, add a splash of olive oil, and sear the seasoned chicken for 8 minutes or until cooked through. You may need to do this in batches to prevent overcrowding and steaming the chicken. Alternatively, this can be done in the oven. See notes below.
To assemble, warm your wraps slightly in a pan or microwave and place them down the sauce. Add the chicken, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce and top with a little more sauce. Wrap tightly with the seam facing down to prevent it from falling apart.
The tortillas can be kept fresh, or if you’d like to toast them, do so in a pan over medium-high with a splash of olive oil and toast to your liking.
Slice the wrap in half and use any remaining tangy yogurt sauce as a dip. Dig in.

Ok Chef Jack, had to come back to update. I made these and a giant hit with my #1 fan ( my son ). He's super picky eater, but he loved it, it was easy, quick and flavorful. This kid already 6'3" at 15 years old , you left a mark on him with this one. Thank you Chef, I was getting worried I be cooking homemade chicken nuggets for life 😂. ❤❤

I remember shopping for my first yoghurt recipe and had no idea about the different yoghurts from the shop. I asked the lady for vanilla yoghurt.
