Ingredients -
Chicken & Seasoning -
2 tsp (10ml) - Olive Oil
4 - Chicken Breast
1 tsp (4g) - Onion Powder
1 tsp (4g) - Garlic Powder
1 tsp (4g) - Sweet Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Caesar Dressing -
3/4 Cup (180g) - Low Fat Mayonnaise
1 - Garlic Clove, Minced
20g (0.7oz) - Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
6 - Anchovy Fillets In Oil
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Lemon Juice
1 tsp (10g) - Dijon Mustard
1 tsp (5ml) - Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Wrap & Fillings -
5 - Large Burrito Tortillas
1 - Baby Cos (Romaine) Lettuce, Shredded
8 - Bacon Rashers
Method -
Preheat oven to 200.c - 390.f. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add the chicken and seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Place an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 14 minutes. Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken into strips and tear it with your hands into small pieces. Set aside.
Place the bacon on the prepared baking tray and bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until done to your liking. Remove, let cool, and slice into strips.
Add all of the Caesar dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
In a large bowl, add the chicken, bacon, lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Mix to combine. Add the mix to five burrito tortillas and wrap tightly. Serve with any leftover sauce. Dig in.
The wraps can be stored in airtight containers, ziplock bags, or food-safe bags for up to 3-4 days in the fridge. They can also be frozen; however, it’s not recommended as they will become very soggy when thawed.

tbh bacon isnt even that bad calorie wise especially compared to sausages

These are awesome! I made them minus the anchovies, but I grabbed some anchovies today and I'm going to do a taste test to see which I like better.

I watch a looking of Cooking YT and like most people I don’t make that many of the recipes. For maybe the first time ever I watched this earlier today, went shopping and then made a chicken Caesar wrap for lunch. And it was fantastic (I went a little overboard on the garlic, but otherwise it was terrific). This is going on my lunch rotation.

Jack, I would love to see you produce I think you called them Macro cards or recipie cards of your nice easy recipies that you could sell as packs and an easy storage container for people to keep them in and something like letter labels they can be seperated in and people can buy the pack from you for their collection and include freezer friendly meals, please

@@quack437 I like that idea for several situations. Not with a heavy hand because of ingredients., add to beef stew, chili 🌶️, baste my beef filets with while they are searing.
Would be good if you gave the amount of chicken in weight, size of the breasts I buy in the shops varies wildly.

I’ll be honest, I’ve said low fat and given macros for low fat but I use regular mayo. You use whatever you have and whatever you like

@@jeffg2217 24g of fat is a lot for anyone who would actually be serious about meal prep. Ideally you're wanting meals that have 10g of fat or less per meal, unless you have a crazy high metabolism of like 5000 calories per day and can afford more fats, but even then, most people serious about it would rather spend those calories on carbs.The fats aren't needed.
Please stop using onion powder and garlic powder - they are not something I can buy in my country and I keep finding myself watching your recipies less and less. The fact that you are using a 250 euro giant pan also makes it hard to follow the recipies - I don't have a pan even close to that size nor do I have one that I can put in the oven like that because the handle sticks out.
Garlic and onion powder are additional seasonings and don’t have to be used in any recipes I make. The pan is irrelevant. As long as you have a pan and can sear then it doesn’t matter the size or the brand. If your pan isn’t the size as the one I use for a particular recipe, cook the chicken in batches and transfer to an oven tray.
