I was looking into the ZIOC, and it turns out that there is no liner included. I would assume it used to be included, but isn't anymore. Probably not worth $75 for just the shell.
hello i dont know if you have to reply, but if you could suggest, with infinite budget, what would be the best of the best of the best for confort, 100km\day mountain bike ?
@@JoeCnNd Be patient with yourself. Everyone hurts at the start. I've been riding for 45 years and if I take a 3-month break, starting up again is painful. But, if it doesn't get better in a couple of weeks, you need to look into a proper saddle. Many if not most bicycle stores have loaner saddles that you can test. In truth, the *ONE* piece of bicycle equipment that I think you should spend real money on is your seat. Even crummy bicycle shorts will be okay if you have a good seat. You need to make sure that your saddle is the right width, that it has the right amount of padding (and, if it's used, that the padding isn't worn out), and that it's in the right position and angle on your bike.
