Well, I am not very sure. But at least I believe you gotta speak Mandarin if u want to come to China for a job which doesn’t seem a very easy task. You could try applying for job at some international IT companies based in China such as Microsoft, Amazon etc.. but anyway u still need the Chinese skill cuz I have to speak Chinese nearly all day in an American company at Shanghai. Good Luck then! U gotta give it try!
Hey amy, nice video I had a question, i love vue js which is a front end technology, and i see this tech stack very trending in china, i was wondering is it possible for me to get a job or internship in china (I'm Indian) In few months I'll be graduating from my college in india
Hi 👋 I think it’s possible to apply for intern position in a international Corp IT company based in China given the obvious fact that Chinese language skill is required. I’m not sure about your situation, but just try it out. And good luck 🍀
@@creativeminds9218 I believe you can always apply for the positions through LinkedIn where many international companies including the ones based in China post jobs. To be more effective, you can specify the location (or the city) where you're planning to working. Good luck!
Hi Joao, it really depends. If u take a job at a completely Chinese company, for sure, u gotta speak good Mandarin. But u can have a job in an international company. But, very important, it’s very necessary for u to learn Mandarin if u live in China simple cuz everything in Chinese. Good luck 👍🍀
Hello @@amyjuanli , how are you doing? I kinda miss your videos :) can you do a life update? Do you still work in the same company? Are you happy with your work and life balance? Cheers
From 20K ~ 50K RMB per month. Or maybe even more than 50K RMB. It depends on the companies and the working hours. I was working in an American company. The working hours are regular 8x5 = 40 hours per week, but the salary is relatively low compared to the long working hours of Chinese local companies.
Nope. I currently work at StubHub, as a contractor. Haha 😆 cuz StubHub used to be a a company of eBay, but now separate, so that’s why u might see certain signs of eBay in my working place.
You Become my Inspiration.
thanks for motivating me.
you are such a nice lady programmer
Wow I'm so glad! Thanks a lot for loving my story and videos.

Cool video. Haven’t been able to get back to China since end of 2019, I miss the food most of all 🤤🤤
Totally
Let’s hope the new year will be getting much better for us to explore the world 🌍 again
hey cool video , can you share tips working inside a team and how you deal with your manager or boss regarding negative critics (if any ) ?
Thanks. Well, regarding the critics or comments, I normally listen and focus on improvement. Nothing personal.
Can you do a video on the tech articles/magazines that you read?
Thanks for your nice feedback.. I would consider this idea and try to make a good quality video. Stay tuned.
Great to see this, don't they allow you to work from home during this pandemic?
Nope! It's because the pandemic is currently not that severe throughout mainland China. So every industry already on the normal track.
i used notion also a very good app
Nice. This app seems picking up tons of popularity in recent years. Super neat design.
