REAL TALK!! But he wasn't the first and he won't be the last to take credit for another producer's work it's a common practice in the music industry ask Dr Dre 🤣🤣🤣🤣
One of the biggest things is just dignity. As a producer, I just don’t understand how if you really love this shit, how you could take credit for somebody else’s work. Idk, hell do him I guess
Bro the game is Grimmie yow, cause look into it! if you ma man why the fuck i needed a tag like really look into it iam ma make sure u eat! the only think i might if i don't know it is your full government, and give your writer share!
Because the reality is Cassius has a big name, if he put his name on the beat that gives the beat the push period. Sure he should've, would've, could've put something on the beat. But Nonstop know damn well he should've put his tag on before sending it.
Jeremy Sims both of them was in the wrong , cass messed up by puttin his tag on a beat he didnt touch and nonstop messed up by not puttin his tags on his own beat . lesson learned .
@@Jeremy_Sims exactly. And like Cassius said he plugged him with artists. Although nonstop as a legit gripe Cassius did look out but connecting him with migos
Speaking for myself... I have no industry contacts... The ppl I have tried to contact didnt respond so I just find a beat and hop on it...Ive put one song out for distribution figuring whatever it generates I absolutely want to see the producer of the beat get their share 50/50.... how do I make so they do if they wont contact me?... dont want to feel like I got over on anyone feel me
I know a dude whos just "connected" from being friends with MGK who does this exact thing. Puts his tag on beats of other local producers, takes 50%, then gets it placed
Cassius talking cap. I'm from the UK and we are not advancing trap music at all. There's only a few artists here that are using trap beats and they are generally nothing groundbreaking. We are however advancing another sub genre of American/Chicago hip hop music "Drill"
Without Cassius the song would have never got on migos album. That's how it goes. It's always been that way. Ask scott storch. Without Dr Dre he would have never got in the door with "some" of the artist lik Busta or Em or 50. Same with Danja Handz collabing with Timbo. This isnt anything new.
Putting your tag on a beat you haven't touched is WACK period.
Fucking FACTS!

Tag yo beats. Nonstop fault
Right. You sposed to send your tag and tell them that you sent it and to add it. They won’t forget once you say it. TRUST.
