    I've bought lavash today and I'm going to eat it with fresh green beans sautéed in white wine with fresh cut onions and tomatos with garlic and red pepper paste. So good!

    We have Assyrian stores here where I live and I buy that lavash bread. It's good with veggies. I'm going to try this recipe. My Grandma used to make something like this only she used spinach and pinto beans and we ate with tortillas.

      I go to all the Assyrian shops. I buy the pastries and kebabs. Nazook and sugar cookies with raisins halva. How funny!

    well, in my family we cook it with butter and add egg too..... but I like this version better, it is much cleaner, i love clean food 💚

    Can You show nivig dolma with it? Love the borani i heard that You also make it with eggs perfect with aleppo Pepper.

    It would change the taste of this meal completely but vegans may could replace the yoghurt with Ajvar. Or onyl paste made with eggplant and garlic.
