Grew up eating harisa ... my grandma made it. Good job introducing our food and culture to our friends all over the world. ❤❤ I love this. Next, we are going to make xapama with Harut Pamukchian singing in the background 😊💡

    Harissa with Chicken?
Sorry, it’s lamb, or may be Veal, here in Kuwait. It’s is a national dish for us in Ramadan (usually on Mondays & Thursdays where we share it with neighbours)
We don’t stir it; we beat the heck of it with big wooden spoon. Hence, the name harissa (minced). Served with Butter, & Cinammon+Sugar powders mix.

Head ee seae. Clarified butter please. Take the skin off. Use some white meat. Remove bones before cooking.

Yeah, not in this dish. Chicken can work well with Garish, not Hariss!
