What do you mean? You purchase the item from the manufacturer and now you OWN the item (meaning) someone purchases it off of you after that and then you ship it to your customer
No need to learn Chinese....use a small pocket translator device. example: You speak into the device in English it instantly repeats back what you said in Mandarin!! The cost for the device is under 90 dollars.
no need to pay for such a device, either, just use google translator, it is very sufficient. P.S. most of the Chinese suppliers you can access to, they are likely to be able to speak Engligh. If they are not, meaning to are so reaching to the end source, which might be a good news for your cost budget, but it can be big risk that you are not able to get good communication(translator is not sufficient anymore when it comes to the production requirmenets stage), that you might get wrongly made production due to fault comminucation.--Experience from a manufacture in China+former workers in trading companies
