    People should choose this car if they cant decide between EV6 and IONIQ 5. I love those seats. Good job DK Kim. Living in NY, I would need AWD.

      Yes, AWD will be strong on snow given the winter tires :) Good point there, GV60 sure does have things that EV6 and IONIQ 5 don't have!

    I may have missed it...but what's the difference in the range between the 2WD and the 4WD versions (not the Performance model). Thanks for the review...it was excellent.

    • @CarSceneKorea
      @CarSceneKorea  2 года назад +1

      I didn't have the info at the moment, so you didn't miss it 😉 GV60 2WD has 451km, where GV60 AWD (Non performance) has 400km. Just to add, GV60 AWD Performance has 368km.

    I just want it to hurry up and come to The states. I really hate when companies introduce cars far ahead of the release and you have to wait

      It's the same case for Korea with German and other import cars, so I know exactly what you mean. And that's one of the reasons why I started my channel, delivering the physical video & news on these cars :)

    The 2WD model doesn’t look like it’s available in the US, just the Advanced AWD and Performance AWD. Living in ohio, for me that’s a good thing. Good review though!

    May seem a bit off topic but as soon as a new Hyundai Kia or gen comes out, they will pop up like crazy in your country a few weeks later just like you just saw a gv60 on the road

      I haven’t driven a Tesla properly thus far, how ironic. GV60 comes with automated Ebrake if that’s what you are looking for.

    I think this car is a mistake. People have been saying Genesis is just an overpriced Hyundai and now you've proved them right by using the exact same EV platform.

    • @CarSceneKorea
      @CarSceneKorea  2 года назад +3

      That sure is a point, but many luxury brands have had, have been and are sharing platforms with their "reuglar" brands. Lowering the cost by sharing things they could and utilizing the excess resource on other things such as interior, performance, etc. Think of it the opposite way - platform built to Genesis quality - and Hyundai & Kia are taking the advantage of the platform being subsidiaries 😎 Glass half full! 🚀

    • @godblesshamas
      @godblesshamas 2 года назад

      @@CarSceneKorea Honda and Toyota already have good reputations, so they're not hurting their luxury brands. Hyundai is known more for low-end vehicles and since Genesis shares dealerships people will be comparing the GV60 and Ioniq 5 side-by-side.
