I have a billet flywheel and used to have dual coils before I installed a stage 2. Do you have any alternative ways to power a light in the works or do I need to just MacGyver my own way?
I just ordered the kit a couple days and I intend to do a sproket swap for the front and rear I know the the rear sproket I want will fit but I don't know if the front one will im trying to get a Manco 9T 5/8B 41P Sprocket and I need to know if that will fit the jackshaft
How many amps does the stock coil put out, and how many amps does the dual coil put out? I ordered the coils and they came in yesterday. Just wondering the amperage
What they don't tell you is if you don't get the motor with electric start you don't get a a three magnet flywheel on any other motor set up. They don't get flywheels for the pro tuned either, I had to spend another $40 for a flywheel from monster scooter parts plus another $20 on the parallel coils, plus another $20 on a rectifier that should have came with the mega Moto 212 I ordered from gopowersports. With shipping cost ordering parts around $80 later I can run a headlight and charge a battery. Disappointing having to buy all that to get the headlight working especially when the bike comes with switches and a headlight. Don't make any sense. Notice he says, now you can run the headlight!
Mega Moto was bought out a few years ago and only left us the frame with no engine. So now we're trying to help sell all these frames and trying to work with a replacement engine that we already sell.
It would be great if those charging coils were in stock though...
They're back in stock, thanks!
Great vid. Wondering, do you guys sell blueprints for your vintage go-kart frame? love it's design. I'm wondering the wheelbase on it?
Not yet!
Go on a forums or find someone on instagram or Facebook with one

I thought usin a impact to re-install the flywheel can cause cracks to the flywheel?
How about providing wiring diagrams with the assembly documentation?
We need to draft one up to make this easier. Thanks for sharing.

That 9T should fit that jackshaft. it's Metric, but should be around 16mm. Close to that 5/8".
@@GoPowerSports ok thank you

1.5amps and 3amps according to Red Beards Garage.
I also did a LED light how do I stop it from flickering? I thought the regulator stops it from flickering and steady current is there
Would this work on a pull start Predator 212cc or do only the electric start models have the right mounting holes for the coils?
I know for sure both Tillotson Pull Start and Electric start engines have both embossings to connect dual coils. Not sure on all Predators though.
Is this implying that a stock Tillison with pull only start can get a single coil to power this damn headlight when running? OPTION 4?
Can you add a battery to this option and how?
I will be adding brake, turn signal light and a horn.
You definitely could. We have a battery box kit for these Mega Moto 212 minibikes that solve that for you.

will this option work with the battery installed
with the led light

Then one doesn't need to be using an impact and taking such risks.

@@NubsWithGuns we have been receiving other calls today about our website going out. we will keep an eye on this. Thank you for the heads up.
@@GoPowerSports No complaints, I get it.
Just being silly today.
