y'all should do a video showing to process of putting together a stage 4 predator 212 engine
It would be nice if you guys would label the nut and bolts baggies so I know what goes where as far as the hardware

Love the kit building videos, when the time comes I'm sure my rewind button will be broken. Will you guys be offering the frame only MB-200? I like this one but the rear suspension is major selling point, plus it's a stock rear suspension, not one that I rigged together using an old piano and refrigerator parts in the backyard ;)

I'm getting 1 of these for a cruiser but for now I just love my Trailmaster Hurricane 200 stage 1 and I take it everywhere on and off roads👏🏽💪🏽🔥😇

Just FYI if you buy a tillotson 212 electric start and start putting your stage one kit on. The rubber gasket for the carb adaptor is not included. I had to swipe one from my predator 212 still in the box. For 1000 dollars, Go Power Sports should include this.

How is it going up a steep off road incline or hill ? Does it do well in Mud ? Is it better than the Trailmaster MB200 2 ?

I have a lightly used Predator 212 from a dead log splitter.
I'm thinking to get your Mega Moto Mini Bike kit.
Then add the Stage 1 kit + hotter cam + charging coil + delete governor.
What do you guys think wouldn't that be a nice build plan ?
As an aside:
I was kinda stuck on the full suspension 200X idea BUT realized that a "hardtail" may not be bad.
On my Mountain bikes I prefer Hardtail, so here why not ?
I just think you slightly lower rear tire PSI to soften bumps.

When you installed the header is there suppose to be air come out from between the gasket and pipe or in that area. Just bought the bike and i put everything on right at least that is what i think
The jackshaft install portion in this video is flawed. It starts with the little sprocket, then somehow switched to the pulley is on instead and the sprocket not. First there was no washer and now there is. I am trying to install mine now, but confused.

@@GoPowerSports It isn't about my skill. I have that. And don't misunderstand, the overall video is helpful. I built mine up to the jackshaft before I ever saw this video. I am simply discussing the jackshaft portion. It wasn't coherent in steps. Also, my kit came with one washer that centers on the shaft while the others are all too large and do not center. The shaft, at least in my kit, is not designed specifically for the bike. That is why you have to put washers in a place that interferes with the key syncing up with the shaft (just following instruction). It will work, but it would be better to have the shaft machined for the bike perfectly. Also, in your video, your shaft slides right in place through the bearings with ease, while mine had to be gently, but firmly hammered into place; it is tight in those bearings and nothing easy like in the video. I will have to hammer it back out. When I do, I'll attempt to clean up the shaft for an easier entry next time. I am now making my own washers that center on the shaft. Actually just modifying some that are slightly smaller. In the future, instead of using two washers to allow the gear to be tightened, I may just machine one spacer for that job. I'm running the gear right up against the inner bearing race; it seems to work fine and is the best configuration for the hardware in my kit.
The bearings didn't feel good at all, and FatBuddyCat said that would be the case and gives his theory as to why. In any event, I already purchased a new set of bearings and when I get done, my shaft should spin like a tiny dancer if tiny dancers spun horizontally.
I love the bike. When I am finished, it will have no issues in the drive train. I like the look of the headlight, but I have something else in mind for head lighting. Too much glass on that big beauty of a headlight. Maybe I can sell it on eBay to someone who broke theirs some day. I anticipate the torque converter install might trip me out for a moment or two, since I have never had one before now. The torque converter looks like a beast of a mechanism. There is a fair amount of mass in this drive train. Looking forward to feeling how the drive train works. Still, I feel the need for a hot rod, straight chained, centrifugal clutch street racer. But first, I have to get this mm212 beast to wake up on its feet. The only thing that will be as much fun as riding it will be figuring out what custom colors to put on it and where.
Did I miss the break in period for the motor, the Predator motor I bought says engine must be broke in or void the warranty.

I was able to fit a cheap "Voltage battery tray" behind the jackshaft. I had to trim an inch off the rear fender for battery clearance, but it snuck right in there.
What is the full length of the bike when fully assembled?

just got a mega moto, and when assembling the front forks, i had 2 spacers or the large nut in the center. Any advice for this?
You need to make a pipe for this bike similar to the MB200 Superpipe.

I installed the TILLOTSON 212 engine. After assembling all components of the driver/torque converter, the original bolt on the shaft is too short and cannot reach the threads. Any idea what size and length will work?
i think its 5/16in 24 x 1-1/2
With the rear axle, I have over 1/4" of play, is it safe to tighten the axle or should I add another spacer? I believe I have all the parts: Axle bolt, eyelet, brake, rear wheel, spacer, eyelet, nut...

Are there supposed to be intake bolts for the stage 1 kit? Because I have the orig intake bolts but they aren't long enough, but the kit also didn't come with any.
Are these frames about the size of the baja warriors? I've had my eye on this frame for a while now just haven't pulled the trigger yet
They are beefier than the warriors and sit a little more comfortable imo
Um, I just wanted to let you guys know that when I opened the headlight bag and looked it over, there was a white wire hanging loose with out the metal piece on the inside in the whitish yellowish connector. Any advice for this?

Well, I have the engine installed now and finishing details. Curious, I also bought a Tillotson 212 engine from Go Power Sports along with the MM212 bike. The engine, assumed to be new, had fuel in the carburetor. Is that normal, or did someone put a used engine in a new box?
That is normal, they do get tested at the factory, drained, and then sent out. There may be a little gas there.
@@GoPowerSports : I've been riding the MM212 for many hours. It's been a year. I have been site seeing my rural area and the bike is terrific. The hard tail is also great. I never have any chain problems. I run the rear tire a little soft, and it rides just fine.
Does the generic tank fit on the 212
I had a problem with the rear fender, the gaps where too big and i couldn't get it bolted it. Is it normal for there be a 1/2 inch gap on each side? unless i got the wrong fender in my kit or the brackets weren't put in the right spot.
You can get it lined up with a long thin screwdriver. It will bend a little.
Can anyone tell me what type of fork oil is in the mega moto 212 and how much to use. I would like to change mine thx.

Not able to do headlights with the Predator engines and not sure they make aftermarket flywheels and coils that'll work properly. You can either install an Electric Start Tillotson 212 Engine or use an external battery that you would have to charge up everynight.
Awesome bike, was wondering if you could fit a Tillitson 212 with electric start in there or a Duromax 440cc 16hp engine. Saw a video of a guy doing that. As I do want to buy this kit very very soon!
Yes u can fit a tillitson 212e on there it will be a tight fit tho. If u want to know where I put the battery or have any other questions let me know.

That bolt typically comes with your engine. If it happens to be a Predator or Tillotson 212, this it'll be a 5/16" fine threaded bolt. Around 2" long should be enough.
I just finished the assembly and I tried to mount the engine. It doesn't just drop right in the way it looks in the video. I bought a Tillotson 212. I can't tell if the mounting holes line up. It looks like it won't even fit in there unless you go with a stage 1 kit. It also seems like it won't sit high enough to clear the jack shaft assembly. Is there some sort of adapter plate needed. There should be a little more info discussed about that instead of a fast forward clip and then all of a sudden the engine is installed on the frame.

What torque converter are you using? Base 30 series (8hp max) aren't rated for even the base Tillotson 212E horespower output (9+hp).
The stock 30 series will still work but the best case scenario is to upgrade to the Juggernaut Driver, along with taking out your engine's governor.

I bought the same bike. Now has Fully built motor over size flattop w/ the works, I added juggernaut. It feels like I am maxing out my rpm quick. Am I running out of gear? Any suggestions? I don't want to go backwards and remove the juggernaut. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Send us a video. If you're flying down smooth pavement, maybe drop down to a smaller rear sprocket.
@@GoPowerSports thanks I called in yesterday 9/6/22 and Scott helped me order 2 sets of adapters and 2 piece sprocket. Hopefully it will balance it out a bit more, going from a 54 tooth to a 42 tooth.

The only bolt that I’m missing is the one for the crank for the driver, does anyone know what size it is? I have a Honda engine and I’m not sure what goes in it.

That blue does stick out. We have black blower housings that'll replace the Tillotson blue

Hey just got the kit in for anyone wondering. It doesn't come in a protective crate like that, it's all just stuffed in a box. Washers and nuts all over the place. The welds on the bike are laughable, and I say that with all sincerity as my son who's 12 knows how to weld, and these welds look like when he started learning. I mean, there are gaps in the welds, seriously! Everything feels very china made, so much to the point they added Chinese news papers to help protect against scratching. The entire kit I bought (the 212) looks used, and I've even found rust too, like what?! Holes all in the boxes, and they also looked like they served three tours in Vietnam with multiple gunshot holes. The tires have dirt on them, metal bent all over the place, and so does most of the product that was sent. Honestly I'm shocked at how bad everything is, and the way it was shipped. Read the fine print, because they gouge the hell out of you if you decide to return anything. Restocking fee that increases over 30 days, you'll have to pay for shipping both ways too. Honestly I feel scammed.
Edit: just wasted two hours putting it together as it has multiple missing pieces, and the engine came in pieces too. Top notch stuff.
