Uri Geller needs to get over himself. Honestly, the name rings a bell, but I wouldn’t have been able to tell you who he was before this video. If anything I’d say Kadabra is more famous that him now… as a 90s kid it will always be the middle evolution for the Abra line

Its interesting how this would be the first of two instance where pokemon appearance is seemingly dropped in a pokemon media. As the same thing happened with porygon in the anime following the episode that caused the seizure inducing light. Ever since, there hasn't been depictions of porygon since unless you would count its evolution.

That was all Pikachu's fault to be honest. They just chose Porygon so they didn't have to get a new mascot. I assume headlines would be something along the lines of " electric mice cause seizures? Pokemon says maybe so."
