I love doing the way you are. Cutting out be hand, piecing by hand.

So glad I found you, I’m about to start a dear jane quilt which I’ll hand piece and this video was just what I needed. The tip about the beginning and ending of the row of stitching was helpful so thanks for that. There aren’t a lot of videos about hand piecing, have subscribed 👍❤️

A big thank you Bec for this video, and also for remembering me. I've been plodding along with my pieces. Have to admit my accuracy is not always perfect but I'm having fun, and I think this will help a lot. Also love the tip about placing the spot in the centre of a piece so they all turn out the same. I never would have even thought about this. Thank you again. Still love your videos.

Thank you Bec for the wonderful tutorial! I am impressed that you are sewing your pieces by hand. It is inspiring. I have never been good with my sewing machine, but I do well when working by hand. I love your fabric choices too. Very cheerful! All the best to you. Lisa from California

Thanks for sharing, Bec. I love to handpiece. I've been using the patchwork template stamps for a few years now, and they make my life so much easier. I suffer from Rheaumatoid Disease and all the tracing around templates was becoming a problem. Love the little scissors donyou stock them at your shop.

I don’t stock them as unfortunately I cannot find the wholesaler! I think I will have to try the stamps. Isn’t rheumatoid arthritis the pits

Is that what the dots are for??!! Do I feel a little silly. Thank you for that lesson. Simple but for people who have not done much stitching before it really helped.
Also congratulations on your new to be shop. I’m trying to convince my husband that I want a Newcastle holiday. He is a little perplexed by that.😂
I found you through the Roxy sisters and I absolutely love what you do and love the fabrics you stock.
I’m going to have to make the pouches, needle books, gosling quilt, the huswif, happily the list goes on. All the best for your future. Cheers Cathy from Adelaide

It is just what I need to get started and just the way I want to do it.
I’m so grateful. Thank you for your chatty self and fantastic explaining….
Do you sell the sandpaper boards on line? I don’t think I saw them.
I have an order in at the moment and would love to add one into it if possible. You are the best! 💝

I would have sew them in rows. What do you see as the pros and cons. What is the name of the little square you are using? I love seeing your work. A gal after my own heart. Inspiration for sure!!! Hello from Canada.
