    I'm a pregnant momma and whenever I feel too tired to do anything I just watch your videos and you motivate me to get things done. Even though I'm not in med school, it's just crazy seeing that you're able to do all this stuff while being a mom. It's incredible!

      Believe it or not, it's actually easier for some people to do things than others, just the way life works. Not everyone is a result of pure motivation. This new liberal mindset that everyone is equal and has the same ability is total BS.

    I love your channel! As a college senior perusing medical school to become an OB/GYB , it is such an encouraging sight to see you do your job, tend to your child and family, and have time to even do videos. At times I get overwhelmed with just the thought, (being a wife and mother as well.) but I know that this is a goal that I am strategically going to accomplish. Thank you for your time and overall leveling words of wisdom!

    I currently shadow an orthopedic surgeon and I like the idea of being able to diagnose the patient, going to the OR to fix the issue and then following up with the patient to see how much progress they have made. As soon as I saw your video I knew I had to watch it to see what insight you had to offer, thanks for sharing & also sharing your beautiful baby! ❤️

    Are these rotations like an intern year before you really get into Family Medicine? Or are all of these rotations within the family medicine specialty, and that you'll get to practice as a FM physician?
    I really like surgery but hammering and drilling into people might not be my cup-of-tea. lol! I'm like you, I think I'd rather do fine suturing instead. You're doing a great job as a mom! I have three kids, but they'll be older when I'm in med school, so I'm hoping it'll be a little easier to manage my time and energy. lol! Thanks for your videos!

      +Me Iknow unfortunately I do not. I've been to a few lectures about acupuncture but I won't say I'm well versed in it to explain it to someone else.

    ????? i thought you picked your specality family medicine residency?

    • @drjennale
      @drjennale  6 лет назад +1

      +Filmon Tewolde I did! As a family Medicine resident you have to be well rounded and see all different types of patients. So I'll still be rotating through surgery, OB, EM, radiology, etc. I'm posting a video next week explaining FM residency.

    jenny baby wyatt is too cute, how many months is he? i have a smiley baby girl, she's three months. i really appreciate your insight especially when you talk about being on call. i myself am the flr supervisor for a triage/answering service & i'll tell you i absolutely hate to trouble out on call docs with consults or floor calls because i know it's precious family time. you certainly learn the sacrifices we all make in this field! hugs 🤗

      +Jeanette Jacobs Its messy and you're cutting through bone. The orthopedic surgeon said that only 50% of people can watch without passing out.
