Can this work with beanies, I saw the company use a sock hat which technically is a beanie lol but have you tried a standard beanie? That will save me sooooo much time from switching the flat and cap drive.
I've only tried it once, the biggest issue I came across if being careful to not stretch the beanie while its in the hoop because if it stretches or disforms, the beanie will hold that shape once it stitches out. It can work, but if you're doing a bunch, the 5.5" mighty hoop is way easier to set up in my opinion.
Hi! i have the brother framing gauge. and dont fit with that hooptech back of cap clamp :( its difficult for you framing directly in the machine whitout using de framing gauge?
Reach out to hoop tech to see if they have one for your machine. It looks like there is an option for the Brother PR600 and PR1000 www.hooptechproducts.com/product/back-of-caps/
I'm very seriously considering purchasing this frame. Thank you for the demo!
Definitely a great tool for hats and I would recommend. They have two sizes available and this is the larger of the two.
The stars should face forward.
Keen eye! Unfortunately, I noticed this too late that I put the design on the wrong side :/ Thankfully this was just for demonstration of the process
What if the person wears the hat backward?
