The night navigation through the meandering Hooghly River from Diamond harbor to Kolkata Dock System of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has n-number of challenges for the large vessels. According to the study, infrastructure Development, installation of Buoy lights to be installed to allow Cruise Tourism & vessels to avail Budge budge to KDS in the night as well.
