What is wrong with everyone. How would your 4th grader have acted just days after they seen such carnage? A grown soldier would be so traumatized speaking about it would be impossible.. parents of dead kids just standing looking sad.. do u have kids? I do I'd be utterly inconsolable.. the reaction no matter what u tell urselfi doesn't fit. None of this fits if you open ur eyes it's all ridiculous and gets more ridiculous every day... The stories are very scripted they always make a hero in every story yet no one mentions the noise it's deafening, the smells none of this. If these kids shad seen this they wouldn't be talking and speaking of that there's a federal open Investigation everyone would have a gag order and told not to talk to press so stories didn't get muddied and distorting the Investigation. This is preposterous. A 911 call doesn't somehow just get on a BP radio frequency at rhe very moment someone is recording it.. I mean come on ppl ffs wake up... the only person whonhears rheb911 call is the dispatcher.. it's not.even possible for it to pop up on a secured radio frequency for law enforcement especially BP they have nothing to do with A city or county pd, it's another odd part of this. No one mentions the smells these kids would say something at least one of them, I've been shot was In the middle of a gang swapping fire car came outta gear about 30 shots and the sound was deafening and I was in a car they were at least 10 ft awa not a high velocity firearm with an enclosed space they'd have temporary deafness.. the smell of gun powder and blood is nauseating and they'd remember both of those things and they'd be utterly traumatized but they r talking tonthe press with no sih. Of trauma hasn't even seen a therapist ohbn ffs that's just stupid.. come on ppl please wake up... she was telling the other kids what to do while her friend next to her was shot ohhhh horseshit then she smears her blood the shooters in the damn room thisnsint a very large space even the two rooms combined he'd have seen any kid wiping blood all over themselves this is so asinine is everyone this brain washed ... smoke and mirrors pay attention to what's going on with our fr=eedom and the power grab for it..

@@silentmajority8365 I'm not getting into this. Ramos bought both guns legaly, he didn't go to a black market. There is no need to allow private dealers or the NRA's mail in form to Floirda that if approved is valid in most of the country, for a joke of a gun license from the NRA.
Another thing, Ramos is exactly like Eric. They both made inapproriate comments to girls and even harassed them. They both got mad & got inappropriate/threatening to girls who didn't like their advances. Ramos held a bag of dead cats in his instagram post. Eric had a journal/myspace kill list and other violent neo nazi things.
Eric fed off of violent Kleboid. I think Ramos tried to feed off his ex friend, he told his ex friend they wanted to go into the marines to kill people. That ended their friendship. I think Ramos was looking for a violent person to feed off of.
Eric and Ramos both were shy people but very aggressive. Well Eric was a sociopath, idk what Ramos was. They were both "bullied" heavily. Eric did a lot of bullying himself to gays but he was in a school with bad bullying culture. Ramos' classmates said he'd say an offensive thing then get defensive about it. I think both hated all humans. Eric and Ramos were both normal at the start then they started to show changes. If they're both the same kind of psycho, then a toxic environment unlocked their psychotic potetional they were born with. If Ramos couldn't feel emotions or wasn't always killing animals, I think he had exactly what eric had

I get it, parents dress up the kids and send them off to school, yes of course. They feed, them, shelter them and care for them, but it's also our responsibility to ensure their safety as well. Yes... I get it, we think to ourselves hey!! We did our part right? We're raising the children, so it's up to the police now to protect them right? Lol WRONG!!!! it's our responsibility as citizens, as parents, as teachers to push lawmakers, to the point that if nobody's listening then you make the stand yourself. You see after the very first school shooting, parents were outraged, angry, pissed off and vowed to go up the chain!! We lit candles, we prayed, sang songs of kumbaya and vowed to never let it happen again. Guess what? It happened again!! And guess what else, it's gonna keep happening again!! Until parents and as citizens get together and decide to do something about it!, now you know parents went to the school in Uvalde to take grab their children, that's your answer, if lawmakers, congress is not willing to fix it, and parents and citizens are not being the voice for the children, and waiting around for the police to do their job. Then by all means... pull your child from school if necessary to ensure their safety.

I am a mental health therapist. I will say that this conversation could probably be very triggering for the little girl. I think it's important that the family is telling their story.. but I wonder if the child is okay during this interview. Most adults can't relive descriptions of incidents after fresh and severe trauma. Flashbacks and nightmares of the incident could be very fresh for the child. I think it's important for every child from that incident to recieves therapy . Their family members must educate themselves about depression, anxiety, and P TSD!

Years she’ll never get back. Triggers over small things that wouldn’t have triggered her before. Graphic images that will cross her mind at random. She grew a bond with her classmates and teachers throughout that school year who would have thought she’d be with them when thier souls left their body. I don’t even pray she gets over this I pray that she finds peace in the world and she can still continue to live a happy life. Yes, God gave her wisdom. She was an angel that day. So brave and such a hero. God bless her. Raise her up in the ways of the Lord, Jesus. Jesus is the great comforter, physician, healer, teacher, wonderful Saviour, friend, Prince of Peace. He is Love.

you're great parents. just don't rush her recovery, she has to be on her own time table in her recovery. Thank you for this interview.

I think Mia has an assigned guardian angel.
To have the presence of mind to do what she did during the shooting is amazing. She is meant to be here that’s for sure.
Sending prayers up for her continued recovery.

Blessings and comfort for them, and I hope that healing will come with time and love… but they will not be the same..

One person and his family needed counseling, didn’t get it. Now the whole town is in trouble and needs to get counseling. 😢

Forcing a kid to do counseling because they’re getting bullied only makes them feel more ostracized. What that killer needed was humanity and empathy from the adults around him, family and teachers while he was growing up as an outsider.

That poor baby girl. I hope she gets the help she needs to work through this horrible experience. It’s so comforting to hear present the parents are at least. I imagine it’s like when you watch a scary movie as a kid, and are scared right after, but multipled by 100.
