Awesome explanation! I want to commend you for making this video dummy proof. Your explanation was simple and what like is that as you were explaining the steps you were on point, not wordy like other videos I've watched in the past from other channels. Thank you again, you answered a question or problem that not even the echo people knew how to resolve. Please continue developing this type of videos.

Very helpful video - thank you mate (from Sydney Australia). One thing I get mixed up about, by the way, is how much grease to use - there seem to be 2 schools of thought ie: the mechanical engineers who say "too much grease is bad & causes problems" and the other camp, which I probably belong to, who tend to be more generous and 'gung-ho' with grease, and like to 'pack' every bearing and gearing cavity to it's fullest extent. Does anyone have any comments about this? Thanks in advance guys👍

I got as far as 3:20 in the video, and then when I go to pull out the bearing, the whole gear system turns and there is no way the nut can pull out the axle, unless the rotation of the axle is somehow arrested. Don't see how you did that...

I have a Stihl fs94R trimmer. there is, what I think, grease all over the motor/clutch housing/even in the air filter cover. But I think it's grease. The only grease is in the trimmer head. Is there a seal fail anywhere from the head up through the shaft to where it meets the clutch that would dump grease all over the motor? The seal at the top clutch end of tube looks fine but there is still a hole for the rod. I cleaned the entire motor and ran it to see if there was a leak in it but not so far. I pulled the gearhead off and there was more grease than u had here and it was black not grey like this.
