you probably have the heat on too high.
Chicken deep fried it till golden brown and put it in the oven to make sure chicken is cooked completely. 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rice started with medium heat.
Take the shrimp tails off 🤤🤤🤤... that drove me nuts!!! Haha. Fun vid tho. Much Love😁💚
