Plekanec was soooo good and i think he was underrated. Lot of people dont remember how good he was in defense, the Habs PK is always in the bottom of the league since he left. Also he had a 70+ point season he was decent offensively
Christopher Gaumond he was mad underrated for sure, one of the best defensive forwards in the league at his peak, and as a fan from Czech republic also a great player nationally, never turned down world championship nomination unlike some other cunts we had here at the time
Thomas had numerous concussions, there's a short bio about him after he retired explaining alot. Not a fan of Boston, but you shouldn't find brain damage amusing.
Ahh the nostalgia with some of these winners! That 2010 run I remember so fondly. Halak and Cammalleri leading the way 😌 Hope the habs can make the playoffs next season whenever it is.
I have different memories of 2010. I got caught DIRECTLY in the middle of the riots...beatenin the back by riot police while running with my hands on my head in as non-threatening a manner as possible. :(
@@MrNick7271 Definitely 2010. But in 2014 the Habs had a solid roster. I don’t think they would’ve beaten the Kings but they would’ve given them a run for their money.
I mean ottawa is like a 2 and a half hours drive from montreal, so a lot of habs fans just drive to ottawa to see games there lol, especially for playoffs i would imagine.
Most Stanley cups out of any nhl team and I’m not a canadiens fan rubbing it in I’m a leafs fan with the 2nd most cups except out last one was in 1967.... it’s not a joke it’s a FACT.
It's funny because I remember one practice my HS coach had us on the line and said, "do you want to know what my favorite position is?" I thought he would say Center or one of the Wings. He just raised his arms in the air. Did that ever leave an impression.
Man i know it's more than 25 years.. but when it comes to most overtime goals for Montreal all time RICHER comes to my mind!.. i know it's a very long time ago but that guy was always dangerous on the ice during overtime periods . Richer would come flying up to the blue 65 feet out and take a booming SLAP SHOT!.. GAME OVER!. Or get a breakaway , which he rarely missed and scored!. A very exciting player to watch!
i had the chance to see richer, roy, skrudland, keane, odeline kordic and cie in sherbrooke quebec win the calder cup than the next year win the stanley in montreal...richer was a hell of a player..to witness his snap shop at ice level was insane.and at a 14$ tix in american league.
Harry Neale is one of the most bias commentator I have even seen. Pro Toronto and dislikes every other Canadian team. Doesn’t give credit except for the Leafs.
Crazy to see Plekanec across soo many years.

@@derekpushkar4013 2 against Quebec, 3 against Buffalo, 2 against the Islanders, and 3 against Los Angeles (also a loss to Quebec makes 11)
Yeah you right
@Diljabar Carbo scored 1/5 of those winners.
I’ve always been amused by how quickly Thomas bolted off the ice after an OT loss
I love it every time especially when he loses

@@ChicknSandwich idiotic to think that him skating off the ice fast after an OT loss is related to his brain injuries. Thats pretty weird
I'm starting to miss and forget how playoffs feel. How sitting in the arena and waiting for these goals to go in....how does that feel again???
have a chance to beat the penguins, good luck!
We wanna lose against the penguins
get used it guy. This is what covid was designed to do, demoralize and tire out. It's a slow burn
no need to worry, les habs est bon cet anee!

2010 was epic, and i think without Price injury we had a good chance in 2014 :(

That kovalev goal was actually insane.
9:47 searching for some open ice to celebrate
I love how they blocked him trying to skate off, like nuh mate, you celey with us!
@2:00 the look on the goalie face... lol 😂
I like part when canadiens score
I love the habs these goals bring me back to some of the best moments of my childhood
Gonna have to add some clips after this season is done
Bergevin really missed that one with Radulov not signing back with MTL ! I haven’t seen a player so dynamic with the Habs since then
not really the term was so bad.. but instead if i signed hgim instead of.. alzner i would bnot have seen any probleme
When I was watching this I asked myself why are there so many Canadiens clips. I'm not the smartest guy

If only price didn't get injured in 2014, prime price is so much better that Dustin tokarski
Chris Krieder deserves to get paralyzed
Wow, never seen some of these goals in such high definition
Galchenyuk’s goal against the Sens in 2015 will forever be one of my favourites

I remember the Habs/Sens game in 2015 and Montreal almost swept Ottawa in that series
Dale Weise was a beast for us in 2014-2015
2013-2014*
What team is there more pressure playing for Habs or Leafs? Serious question
HD was available in 2006 and you couldn't find ANY HD footage?

the 2008 playoffs i fondly remember
Weise was a beauty
I was about to comment asking about the one in the cup final until I saw this was posted a year ago...
Lol
The biggest shocker is that Dale Weise has scored two overtime goals in the playoffs lol
Kovalev is Great
That crowd at 3:23
this fires me up!!!!!!!!!
What about arturri’s goal! (2021)
2014-2015 habs were the dream team!!
9:19 I was at that game
No way really???
Kovalev!!
Add JK!
Add a couple more!!!
The style of play changed dramatically, no more slappers like that, hopefully Habs goes deep in the series this year
Kovalev has won the game on that bullet shot !!!!and the canadiens are up 2-0 in the best of seveeeen
Il miss bob Cole already
Add one to it!!!!
That’s right, Jeff Petry vs. Shittsburgh.
Thank you for only showing the winning goals, but how did Kovalev get to wear the C?
Do all the teams
I want canadien team to win it finally either montreal or toronto would be good for me
2010 we were good and 2014 we were close but screw Kreider we coulda won that year!!!
I give credit to Henrik Lundqvist. Really sad that he’s gone.
I know this isnt 2024 hockey to watch. But players didn’t have the money to prep like today. 80’s 90’s hockey was an elite beer league lol
2014 the year we would of had the cup if price didn’t get injured

Could probably get get subban now for alzner..lol..bring him back see what happens take the cap hit..he is still better than alzner
How about a team that actually wins?
