Hey Guys! Nice to see you got this one ! My wife and I got the exact same car, same color and with 199,900 miles on it. We’re located in Puerto Rico and ours came from FL. The cae feels amazing, there are some mods done, not as yours. We paid here $8,457, that included the transportation from mainland and also a clutch replacement a grille replacement and that’s it. We need to repaint the car but it looks very similar to yours. I would like to send some pics so you can compare… all in all a dream come true for us! My wife and I just love this American icon. Love the ride, love the style. Can’t complain. We’ll do our own updates but mostly will keep it as classic as it can be. Thanks for posting and enjoy the ride!!!
It’s not rust per se but corrosion of the aluminum hood caused by iron contamination of the aluminum hood during manufacturing. Many cars were affected but some cars were not. I have a 2006 not winter driven and it had the hood bubbles appear when it was 3 years old and I know another person with the same year car that never had this issue. This car here is an example of one where the hood was not contaminated during manufacturing.
Great buy I feel. Like the two tone interior also!! Been following the channel for awhile now. My next purchase is the 2003-2006 E55 AMG. Ever since legit street cars and you guys bought one I have been hooked on the Mercedes.
Just picked up a CS/gt 2008. Red Burgundy whatever color they call it. Is there much difference between the CS and a mustang bullet when it comes to Horsepower?
Who wants to buy a crappy amg that ain’t no faster maybe top end speed only and be unreliable and expensive to maintain over these beauties so well made, love my 09 gt cs and wouldn’t trade it for no import. Btw Ive never seen any of these cars to have rust in the hood before.
Y’all definitely need to work on y’all commentary like for reals!!.. It was difficult watching this & a lil cringy… just sound like 2 people fighting over commentary & tryn to say the same thing before each other… One Person film & the other talk!
