it was my second job but it was such a chill & fun place to work
The manager would let me bring free food home for me and my Mom, if I screwed up nobody berated or yelled at me for it and on breaks we were allowed to smoke weed out behind the dumpster.

I started a cult at my McDonald’s. It has two denominations: The McReligion and The McRebellion. If you follow the first one, you’re a McFollower. If you follow the second one, you’re a McRebel. I’m the leader of the McRebellion and my coworker heads the McReligion. It’s a whole ass thing. We have rules, meetings, etc.
At my McDonalds we just call ourselves the mcbaddies gang 😂

My mom has been working at McDonald's since I was 11, and I remember when she bought this video home to watch for training. I also had to watch it in high school. We really did have McDonald's language. It was funny, my mom and I always made jokes that it was a cult. She still works there, she's the head manager actually, and makes a lot of money. Once at the beginning of the semester in my freshman year of high school, my teacher got mad at my friend and said he wasn't going to get anywhere in life and end up working at McDonald's. I got mad and said that my mother worked there, and that she made more than my teacher did probably. I got called to the office, and they asked my mom if she did. She does. Love ya mom!

Everyone seems to think that if you work at McDonald's, its equivalent to a minimum wage job?? My mom used to be a manager at McDonalds too, and it was a pretty good job, money-wise, and she even got the chance tp go to other countries because of it. She's changed jobs to be a professor now though, so I guess my mom's experience could be a lil outdated.
@Jacob Simpson yes, I also have worked there all through out my high school years, and I can confirm that they use actual beef that is frozen to the maximum amount of 2 to 3 days.
