I have just used the blue and white.they are kinda the same in hydrating the hair but the blue strips more hair oil. The white one will let the hair feel alittle more hydrated.

For dandruff, rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar. If you want thick hair, try Jamaican Black Castor Oil. And avoid combining or brushing your hair often. Give it time.as for conditioner use the one with keratin if your got soft hair.
