these are my favorite brand. i love the blue and coconut ones. they work great my curly hair
Try the charcoal shampoo it blew me away with how soft it left my hair nothing has ever made it feel so good and I have noooo idea why
The Shea soft and smooth is the best one out of ogx shampoos and conditioners it leaves my hair super soft and my hair had shiny bouncy curls and it smells really good and it's sulfate silicone paraben free
A .K all of their shampoos are sulphate free
They contain an olien sulfate.. even though they say sulfate free.

i love this. my hair is low porosity and have a lot of product build up so i love that it strips all that away

The only line from them that I like and actually works on my natural hair is the Biotin & Collagen set and I used that as my primary shampoo and conditioner for a while 😊 I still use it every so often when I'm in between my staple products now ! I HATE the coconut milk line 😡 it didn't work for me at all , but since you have some product left mix the shampoo and conditioner to make a cleansing cowash🌺
I thought it was just me, but the coconut shampoo & conditioner didn't work for me either. It actually felt drying. I'm currently using the Awapuhi Ginger conditioner. So far no issues.

I’m African American so I can’t speak for your hair but for African Americans with thick curly hair the OGX miracle shampoo and condition works for our hair. It’s very moisturizing!!!!!!! And if you’re color treated it will love it!!!!! Far as maintaining through the week. Our hair loves pure moisturizing oils like olive oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil etc...
The Keratin oil conditioner + weightless oil (keratin oil too) are fabulous on my hair, it makes the hair so sooooo soft feels like butter and the oil makes my curls I have the shampoo which is OK (but I hate the shampoo morrocan argan oil by ogx (the blue one makes my hair so dry but greasy scalp the next day, hate the smell) .. I have the biotin and collagen conditioner which is good, and I just tried the macadamia oil shampoo.. nothing special.. I love the keratin oil conditioner and weightless oil that' s it (sorry for misktakes is I did I'm french)

Fr it's always the bottles that draw me in. I like the coconut milk conditioner and the Brazilian keratin conditioner but everything else screwed me over, especially the coconut water shampoo, my hair felt like straw and broke a little as it rinsed off. However this hasn't stopped me from trying other conditioners if the bottle is pretty enough
I've tried a few but my favorite is the coconut milk and I've never had any problems with it but I currently have the sea mineral one and I HATE IT i got it cause it was on sale and it smells bad and I feel loved le it leaves my hair crunchy dry like when u go swimming in the ocean and u let your salty hair dry ....and the smell Does not fade away!! I can go a week without washing and I use other products with different smells and that shampoo smell sucks it all up and it smells like I just showered 🤢
My hair is straight and sooo shiny and silky I use ogx Coconut milk shampoo and conditioner.after the shower when my hair is wet it’s a 10 leave in and ogx coconut serum .after all that product my hair still smells like coconut which I love
I too am not a fan of the coconut ones because they make your hair too soft and silky. Not a fan of tea tree (it does smell nice), but I like the biotin one a bit.
Did you loose hair?
They are great and the coconut shampoo is sulphate free so that's why it feels a bit rough to some people,...dude the problem is your hair that brand is GREAT!

@@ahmedkhan2365 Sulfate is bad for your hair, it dries out your hair. It is only okay to use is u have something you need to get out of your hair or severe product build-up.

The 3 minute miraculous recovery treatment from the keratin oil line is my favorite you should try it. It leaves my hair feeling soft but strong and it has a lot of slip.

I’ve been having this weird issue with my hair, when I use two products of shea moisture my curly hair flattens out really bad. But when I just use ONE ogx product, my hair looks way more defined and has was more volume.
That coconut milk stripped my hair too and it was super matted. Maybe you should try a cowash, your hair will feel clean and moisturized. I like the Aunt Jackie's cowash.

I'm not sure exactly where but they recommended the coconut water shampoo as a clarifying shampoo to one of the reviewers on their site. Maybe that's what it was intended for and why it dried out so many people's hair.

I bought the brazilian keratin and i heard that it may straighten your hair but i dont want to straighten it should i use it?
Use keratin oil (the slightly dark pink bottle) I guess??? I think it adds elasticity to hair but doesn’t straighten hair. I haven’t tried it but I guess that’s what you might be looking for.
The ones where you felt your hair was stripped it probably had sulfates in it.
Try the ogx argan oil one you will love it
That sucks that the brand doesn't work for you but my hair actually really likes it! I have tried 4 lines so far (macadamia oil, coconut milk, vitamin b5, and the sea mineral) and I have had no issues. The shampoos do get my hair squeaky clean, but not stripped feeling at all.

I haven't tried any of their other products after trying the coconut milk one, my hair was left dry every time, I'm guessing because of the "egg protein".

I think their products are a bit too strong for your hair. They work best for 4C hair in my opinion because we need that extra support to detangle our hair and moisturize our scalps.
i have straight color treated hair. i've started using coconut milk shampoo and kukui oil conditioner. I'm in love. the coconut milk shampoo I found hydrating and the kukui oil conditioner is simply wonderfull. very hydrating no frizz. I guess it depends on your hair type

Hello Graham. I have tried 2 OGX products, the argan oil of Morocco and the coconut curls. I also used the argan oil of Morocco back almost 2 years ago when I had color treated hair, and it was drying my hair a lil. But since then, I had "big chop" and I've recently been using the coconut curls, and it works really well. Maybe it's just a color treatment issue.

I like the argan oil one. I've tried higher end brands like maria nila (way too heavy, hair looks super oily already the next day) and sachajuan (leaves hair squeaky clean which I hate) but so far I love OGX the best. Lathers easily, doesn't strip or make my hair feel squeaky clean. But then again my hair is completely the opposite of yours; virgin, oily, straight, fine and thin. I wash my hair every 3-4 days.
Oooh thin oily hair needs to be washed every other day... if the scalp gets to oily that surprisingly leads to some hair loss. If your hair can’t handle every other day... you can do every 2 days (Monday Tuesday no wash, Wednesday wash, Thursday Friday no wash, Saturday wash, cycle goes on)
Edit: This can help volumize fine hair too if that is what you are looking for.
The hask clarifying shampoo is the best.
I liked the ORX Bamboo (the green one) smells great, it did what it said it would, I had fluffy, bouncy curls HOWEVER I started geting like little pimples on my scalp! I stop using it... it went away... I used it again and it gave me the little pimples again.. so clearly something in it is not getting along with my scalp lol! shame cause there are not cheap. hello, im not sure if you work at a hair salon or anything but anyways i do and i also wasnt sure about how good the ogx shampoo's, conditioners and oils were so i talked a bit with the one hairstylist (my journeyman) and he said he doesnt know ogx but i also wasnt sure about the shampoo stripping my hair, so he said l...shampoo's are supposed to strip the hair from all the dirt and oils and opens up the hair and then the conditioner smooths your hair and put new moisture and oils in. I also tested the conditioner and ogx conditioners doesnt sit on your hair like pantene...it actually gos into the hair witch are a good thing. I just dint like their oils so much feels sometimes like it catch dirt and dust and ect but other times i like it. the shampoo we use in the salon strips the hair even more.... and not all of the salon conditioners go into the hair but sits on your hair and let it only look healthy so test your stuff. I do love the ogx and im in love with the coconut water ones 😍 i hope you find a shampoo and conditioner you like. -kaylene
Right!! The shampoo really cleans my hair! Also I’m using coconut miracle oil conditioner and I LOVE IT!! I have two of those conditioners and it really makes my hair soft. The biotin also made my hair a little more voluminous and more stronger.
So how often do you use these shampoos
The conditioner only seems weightless because it has no moisture at all. I could comb my hair in 2 mins. with it, which is good, but I wasn't really look for a detangling conditioner, I was looking for a moisturizing one. Oh well. Time to go back to my SheaMoisture JBCO conditioner. Now, that one works for me.

+GrahamsNaturalCurls Yup, the egg protein in the coconut milk line will do that for ya. If you wanted protein, you should get the ORS Hair Mayonnaise.
Which ones are silicone free
Can anyone suggest a REEEALLY good conditioner for super dry hair? My hair is color-treated, straightened, really porous and very prone to drying. I think my scalp does not produce oil at all. haha. HELP!

I know this is old but clairol hair food is a nice line. You can find it at target. I use their cleansing conditioner along with their shampoo when I shampoo. My hair is healthier, softer, easy to brush (I have curly thick hair), and it's shiny.

The only one that works for me is the teetree mint, coconut milk lastly the argan oil of morocco then just use the conditioners of the 3 on my split ends only use natural oil of teetree oils 💯 and avocado oils 💯 only wash my hair every 4 days and use Apple cider vinegar rinses every other day use quantum moisturizing for dry or damaged hair ans the conditioner once every 2 weeks seems to remove product build up very well then adding natural oils on top after does the trick for me grow about 3 inches of hair growth a month with the combination also use tex wood combs recommended :)
try dove or pro v shampoo they both moisturize your hair without stripping.u do have beautiful hair tho,good luck,
For some reason... Pantene stripped moisture out of my hair.
I liked the ogx coconut water shampoo and conditioner for my hair. for my daughter it made her hair dryer :( still on the search for a good co wash.. I think I asked you in another video. can't remember. anywaus. one day I will find something that works in her hair. for now.. it's the Pantene pro v naturals Co wash.. and I deep condition with mixed chick's deep conditioner for her once a week... sweet almond oil on deep condition nights which really helps her hair and doesn't make it all gross. love your videos :)

yj There is no shampoo or conditioner that makes your hair straight. If you want straight hair you need to use a relaxer or a straightening system like Newsha or Redken or a Brazilian Keratin Treatment.

I think it is ok to try different things even though a lot of the ogx proucts didn't work well fo r you before! I will try different ogx shampoos! Guys i love this shampoo brand but i don't know which one work well for straight hair.
Most of their shampoos are for all hair types.

It gives more strength and volume. I used the Argan oil shampoo and Biotin and Collagen Conditioner and I got slightly better results.
OGX IS an amazing brand with the most natural precious ingredients! but maybe not best results for you because you have afro hair on top of that its coloured and this is a no sulphate product and not much chemicals so you should understand why your hair is not superlathered etc. you should use an ogx serum or argan oil after your OGX shampoo routine to get your hair a bit soft. there is a step by step routine you should follow especially with hair like yours. please don't blame the brand. its your hair
