I love how this guy takes you through the strategies of playing the game in the same way a financial advisor would take you thru strategies for reaching your retirement financial goals.

Really good video. A lot of very handy tips there for getting the most out of the game. Levelling up is really important and upgrading the main bases in each region is a must to make life easier. I love this game. Great stuff thanks for sharing.
+A1dy74 I naturally thought of you & a few others I know that are just starting the game, so hopefully a few of these details might help somewhat. Thanks, very happy you dig it too.
On my second play through, and I'm enjoying the game much more after watching this! I had to subscribe. The way you talk about the games and tell your stories, it's so natural, it's great!! Keep doing what you're doing sir, and thank you again!!
@chrisgraham1781 You are on a good strategy, go after every single piece of scrap & in no time you will have what you need. It's a very fun & kool game.
I started playing it just today and this video is so useful! I started looking for a guide because of the same balloon you showed the clips of and I got lucky enough to find your video so thank you for taking the time to share your tips with us all.
I made that video & a couple others on "Mad Max" the first month or so the game was new as I struggled with aspects of it & knew others would as well. Thanks so much for watching & for your positive feedback my friend.
The combat looks incredible! Also I love that early crowbar tip. It sounds like it would be similar to Jill from resident evil 1 with the lock pick. I love how you're describing the events and experiences so thoroughly it's easy to see how much you enjoy this game.
@@vinniecorleone62 no way man the honour is mine I see the magic you got here. This was really comprehensive. Or do you mean there is a separate review on top if so link me please I'll watch it too.

Thanks for a great and helpful video, I am a bit late to this game, bought it years ago. Currently playing this and Spiderman and Far Cry 5... thanks again.
+KITT171 There's even more info but I kept it treas I personally was challenged with, the game seriously needs a strategy guide with this much content & RPG upgrades.
I don't think so really, this is one of those kinds of games its better to find things out yourself than have a guide or online walkthough just tell you and potentially ruin. I won't be using one at any point myself.
I guess you're not into guides then like myself because when a game has this much content with cars, upgrades, collectibles, etc., it really warrants a strategy guide. I don't use them to read to much into the story but it's quite helpful to fully understand the controls & vast RPG elements, etc.
No I do like them, just not for using them to get through a game. Very rarely have I needed one to get through a game, unless its to find all collectibles or something. For the Mad Max game I haven't remotely come close to needing one once, not even for collectibles personally. I actually collect guides that I can get really cheap, haven't in awhile but I do like them. I just am able to do it all by myself, jI like it more that way too honestly. Last game I needed one for from what I remember was Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, all the ones since I just got to have really.
I certainly can & do play most games without them but I enjoy sitting late at night & going through all the strengths & weaknesses of weapons, vehicles, upgrades & attack/defensive strategies. A strategy guide only adds value & augments the game, I certainly didn't need one for "Wolfenstein TNO" but one would have been welcome for that game too.
Awesome video, very well presented, I have only recently discovered this game when I was de-cluttering my step sons' room, I am a massive fan of the movies so I thought I would give the game a try...I am hooked!
Just gave this game a try. Love it and some aspects makes it more enjoyable than fallout. Just wish the characters were a bit more fleshed out. Thanks for the info. I have a 69 Mustang Fastback and one of the car bodies is a mustang with some alterations. The Falcon XB the original interceptor was sorta a Torino and The later 71-73 yacht sized mustangs mushed together. If I could, I’d get me a real Falcon XB. Loved the Escape from NY intro.
Thanks so much for watching & leaving such a nice comment my friend. I had a 1967 Mustang GT Fastback with a 302 & a 4-speed manual tyranny, fun cars & the game has a Vette, a Rolls & Pontiac Catalina body style too, it's really a sublime game in many respects.
Great video thanks mate. Just playing this now. What a masterpiece. Just wish I could stop wasting my cartridges! Shooting by accident. Is it just me does this? Cheers again mate
I'm delighted you are savoring a very unique game & really appreciate your kind feedback my friend. Oh yes, I made a lot of mistakes on my first run at the game. Sadly there's no strategy guide for it, as there's a lot to this game.
EXCELLENT video! 👍 Finally just got this game and was clueless. It's still going to be tough, I super suck at the Batman style of fighting, but I'm better off having seen this video.
@FanFanBessie2 I appreciate you watching & am happy it's helpful. I made a few other good videos with tips on "Mad Max", feel free to see them my friend.
First thing I did to level up as high as posssible was Get Gutgash and Jeet’s territories to Level 0 of Scrotus Influence Before even doing many Main missions
Exactly, this game becomes borderline easy if you grind & loot all locations & doing all side content & even that is quite fun. Thanks for watching & for your input my friend.
In playing the game again for the second time and I'm still learning new stuff lol. I wish the devs would make some dlcs for this game or have some kind of new npcs every now and then invading the outposts and stuff. A little like they did in the division 2.
I hear you on the DLC & expansion stuff, if any big open world game needs it this one does for sure. I appreciate you watching & for your comment my friend.
So when I 1st played mad max I did everything all the missions n sides missions but when I got to the jaws it was green dots u were supposed to aim at to tear down the gate. It's not there anymore so I started a new game n it did the same thing do I need a thunder harpoon????
N have u ever did the archangel,s in the game cuz I never did them in the collections n another question do everything have to be 100 percent in the collectibles????
I'm playing right now and I'm at Jeet's stronghold and once I saw the prices on scrap you need to upgrade, wow its not cheap but very needed. So ya, anything you can do to get more scrap early on is #1 priority. You're right on that lol But I wonder if theres a way to pickup the scrap while your in the car ?
+Late Game Reviewer Later on you can build "projects" for each stronghold, including Jeet's. One is a "scrap clean-up crew" that automatically picks up all the scrap left behind on the roads after you take down cars, etc. Do all those as early as you can, you can see the various projects to build, hold the "X" button down & you'll see these Yellow & Black icons on your map to locate every piece needed for that project.
+Late Game Reviewer I will, I'm over 90 hours into it today, less than 45% completion, so you know it's a massive game if you're really into it & want to get the most out of it.
Instant subbed i got this game for free on the ps store if i would have known how good it was i would have probably paid 50 bucks for it to be honest lol instantly hooked on this game its like a post apoctalyptic GTA!!!
I'm on this game while we are all lock at home and I've done 54% of the game my max is totally upgraded and my car is nearly completely upgrade is a mint game though you need to upgrade your bases aswell
Glad you are enjoying the game which is quite under-rated, upgrading everything is key to getting through the game easier. Thanks for watching my friend.
Just started playing mad max. Came across your video. Soooo helpful!!!! Love the game but the tutorials are so fuckin vague....lol. at the very beginning I almost reinstalled the game cause the tutorial doesn't tell you to hit the right button on the D pad to switch from the shotty to the harpoon. I thought it was a bug...lol. Love the way you deliver the info on your vids. Got my sub
I'm happy you found the tips useful my friend, I appreciate you watching. I had trouble the first few days playing it too, if any game needed an old fashioned strategy guide it's this one, good luck man & enjoy your games.
Just a warning to any achievement whores out there (like myself) that want to get all the achievements/trophies out of this game. From October 31st 2020 the servers will close making the "Up to the task" achievement/trophy unobtainable. In the strongholds you build Scrap Crews that earn you scrap while you're offline and not playing the game, unfortunately that's tied to a server and it's getting switched off. There are 2 challenges tied to the Scrap Crews and they are "A Penny Saved" and "Dividend", 500 scrap and 2000 scrap needed for them both respectively. Nice video btw.
A good point but I never concern myself with any achievements or trophies tied to online-only multi-player or servers outside my control, I have very high achievements in many games like the first "Forza Horizon" on the Xbox 360 but never go after the few tied to forced online multi-player stunts, etc as I will never play thoughs aspects of the game, so in my mind (which is all that matters) I obtained the highest achievement or trophy for that offline fun experience. Thanks for watching & for your warning.
