With those cops, they may have gotten out of a drug charge for drugs they never had
You'd think Mr. Gomez would have seen that coming, since it was a traffic stop by Heckle and Jeckle that prompted his recording in the first place. He took the original traffic stop guy's place.
It’s amazing that the officer who repeatedly refused to give his name and badge number got offended at the citizen’s right to not identify

i could not agree more. it also feeds in to the current views of the United states police force. The black police officer is a disgrace to the uniform he is wearing. A cop walked out in front of my car once in a McDonald's car park like it was his right so I just kept driving making him skip out of the way. He then started to berate me for not stopping. I told him that he should know how to cross a street by his age. I proceeded to go to my friend's apartment across the road and we watched the same cop drive past my car every 5 minutes for 2 hours. Eventually, I timed it so he passed and I left a minute later. He was turning back to go past again when he spotted me. He immediately did a u-turn to chase me. I lost him in a maze of back streets. they know they don't care
They know the basic laws that trying to enforce it's the other ones that they have an issue with
Some police departments only require 6 months of training...while almost all Attorneys who PRACTICE Law require 6-8 years on average and the passing of the Bar Exam. Seriously need to require a bachelors degree at least and be taught the law not just given a gun and badge after barely what would pass for general information of the law (ESPECIALLY considering it's taught not from a full court and legal perspective but from perspective of a system used to getting away with violating the law) and with basically only 1/16 of the time. Some require 2 years (Associates) but even that shouldn't be enough to carry a weapon on duty and use it in such ambiguous or clearly not dangerous situations and have almost no repercussions most of the time. A Bachelor's Degree should be bare minimum to carry while on duty (being on duty employers can designate whether you're allowed to carry a gun while punched in and representing them). Tazers should me more than enough to defend themselves the majority of the time, since there are way too many wrongful deaths or escalated situations BECAUSE of the officers and them having a Firearm on them. It's too easy for them to use that as a go to automatically and that's what usually happens because of that, it's a VERY dangerous crux to depend on and assume as your automatic go to when you just feel scared (justified or not) but have no evidence or clear reason to be fearful or even draw your weapon, and survival instinct kicks in and outweighing the law for you at that time. Officers shouldn't be taught to fear Citizens or see them as inherently dangerous from minor normal things, and they shouldn't be forced to adopt the "Us vs Them" mentality.

It is every persons responsibility to record the police.
May we politely suggest the following de-escalation for remedy?
THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED....in other words, your company is no longer granting them any more credit.
If the policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees under your notification that your company is charging $707 per hour/part-there-of for YOUR company time and also $717 for YOUR company performance?....and that any further communicating (verbal) and/ or corresponding (written) with your company, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop and their CHIEF and their POLICE UNION is now with PERSONAL liability.... because Notice-to-Agent-is-Notice-to-Principal....and also through JOINDER....and they also lose their qualified immunity)
This way, you are NOT resisting/refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/policy /questions, but instead, you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with your company immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust!
THE PUBLIC TRUST IS COLLAPSED...Why is YOUR company issuing them extra credit! Are YOU not the executor and the beneficiary of YOUR trust?...making them the trustees, whom are with their fiduciary obligation and duty-of-care to be NOT causing you injury nor damage nor loss nor harm.
Is THEIR job YOUR job? Is THEIR company policy YOUR company policy?
not unless and until they are PAYING for your company time & performance
THE CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOUR company is no longer performing free-of-charge!
You may be willing to pursue the matter through the small-claims-court and/or through arbitration which is held in-the-private because PUBLIC court is only for the PUBLIC servant.
YOUR TRUST FUND IS NOW WITH RESTORATION....YOUR company is now making money from every encounter with YOUR public-servants because the days of doing something with your trustees for free are over.
PS-Be the BUSINESS man with the public-servants.....NOT the victim.
Let your recording be proof for YOU at court of the commercial contract in-the-private.

Don't put the camera in my face ..... he's over 6ft away
@@Wildstar40 he has to have a camera department policy. Otherwise you'd be complaining about why he doesn't have a body cam. No matter what you'd be complaining lol.
@@0xsergy I don't think you understood the comment bro. Noone is talking about the cop having a camera.
7:55 "I'm not allowing you to post my picture or my face online!" "lol you're face is covered." DEAD LMFAO
I just had to pause the video to laugh at that part, it's too good.
I’m in Australia and I work for local government in garden maintenance and it’s explained to us that we may be filmed and recorded… my fat ass has wound up on Facebook and the newspaper for good things but still it happens at any level of public service… haha

And it probably only took 5 minutes to let a group of employees know that too.
Oohh soo hard right? Lol
These cops are acting suspicious.
Officer : Go to your car so we can traffic stop you.
That cop needs the whole “if you don’t have anything to hide” speech when he says “don’t film us, film something else.”
“Take a seat.”
“You, take a seat”
Chris hansen has his work cut out for him.
@@Jaiden_Anime_Shuns bro exactly what i was going to say lol
Call the army! This man has a video phone! He's recording all the things! Why these cops clutching their pearls so hard! LOL
In the real world, this business would be refunding my money ASAP
It's astounding to see that police officers are still ignorant to these rights.Audits and lawsuits have been going on for years now. How in the hell?
it's not that they're ignorant to it it's that they don't give a s*** because they don't have to pay for the lawsuits that inevitably come out of it.if we would start making all police have to carry their own insurance and any infractions that they commit have to come out of that insurance this shit would stop real quick.
They aren’t ignorant of civi rights. They have conscious disdain for them.
THAT is the part that has me transfixed.....why is this STILL going on EVEN WHILE THE VIDEOS ARE BEING BROADCAST ????!!!!!!!
@@bobbyhempel1513 that is a big problem because the taxpayers end up paying when the police department gets sued for abusing people's rights. The officers themselves pay no price at all.
@@tomlaureys1734 exactly.

Same
Dude’s investigating the palm tree for obstruction of justice.
5 min in his only crime is the cops “don’t know who he is” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I would tell both of these TYRANTS to “Go Fly a Kite”, then I don’t think I could stop myself from telling the 2nd one to “SHUTUP, and Quit bothering me”!! These tyrants are RIDICULOUS!!
