Here you go again with a lack of training again no amount of training will stop these lying cops. Should be fired if he will lie about this he will lie about anything. The Lieutenant saying basically "It's not disorderly for him to flip you off but for how he acted afterwards" is basically saying that a cop can come up and start harassing and threatening you and if you respond in kind you get arrested.

Imagine how much they lied before cell phone cameras.
As someone who grew up in a poorer neighborhood and went to high school with cops in the hallways, the answer is alot. I've witness them plant drugs, falsify reports, unlawful searches and seizures, unlawful traffic stops (especially when they know what kind of car you drive), you name it. The rest of society never believed us and called us liars, criminals, juvenile, etc... while backing the blue unconditionally.
That's why cameras are a game-changer for the citizens. Anytime that you are stopped by a police officer the first thing that you should do is take out your cell phone and start recording and ask the officer to make sure that their body cam is turned on.

I lived here most of my life. That is my brother. It was inexpiable how bad it was. We were out past curfew as teens, and some lady said we were being too loud so she called the cops. Cops arrested all 4 of us and held us at Cop Shop for nearly 4 hours until friends dad came in and said wtf this is illegal you never called anyones parents and basically had us kidnapped because they took all our items and we couldn't make any phone calls just sat there and got questioned for hours. This was before we could record and get help from the internet
If he wrote that down in a rapport and swore in front of a judge that that was the truth, I would go through ALL his previous arrest’s because this guy bends the truth like it was something he did all day long.
When that cop said “I’ve gone out of my way to be nice to you” after 10 min in and all his escalating lies, I yelled out loud here in my house alone YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING..and then the curse words started.

Imagine the judges who allow this corruption to go on levying fines so this guy can keep lying and get paid it's shameful and getting worse city hall is just as bad how many false statements, evidence tampering and racketeering cases has this guy already been involved with. @Sean Patrick no one calls the police were I live if you do you'll more and likely go to jail, especially if they have to leave their speed traps to investigate, my last speeding ticket four miles over the limit was 380 dollars what a racket. Lots of money to be made in law enforcement these day code enforcement just fined a crippled lady to clean her yard she was unable to comply being crippled they took her fire wood her chainsaws and a trailer she couldn't find a title to she found the title and they returned a trailer with a bent axle and the wiring torn out. The way he is behaving is like someone would under intense anxiety. Look at how many times he rubs his hand, it’s something most people do when under high levels of stress. So when you say “no pressure” it clearly isn’t to him. I can’t diagnose him remotely, but psychologically I would not at all be surprised if he has some sort of anxiety disorder (possible PTSD even) and shouldn’t be on duty.

In Germany it is against the law to flip off a police officer. But to be fair it is not allowed to flip off anybody as it is a form of defamation. We aren't that hell bent on free speech here as much as I like we were.

Most times body cam won't even be admitted to court they give you excuses why it cant be given or it just doesnt exist is what your told had it happen to many times.
Often edited to leave out anything critical to the LEO, or, as others point out, may be ‘lost’, classified, or ‘unavailable ‘.

Exactly, he's not arguing that the gesture is obscene and offensive and should be made illegal, he's arguing that police officers are superior to other citizens and anything unpleasant directed towards them should be a crime. I don't know if "defunding" is the answer, but something has to happen.
You're leaving out the comma. The guy's superior clearly said "It's not against the law to flip off to a police officer, [which is] as it should be.". Don't forget that this little cop lied to both his superiors on scene in order to get them to agree with him.
@@davidmayberry3190 Here's 1 possible suggestion for fixing. There's probably a quarter of the force that are doing their jobs with peace in their hearts for all people, or who are at least salvageable. But we haven't heard much from them, so they all have to go. Disband the Unions as well as the RICO outfit that it is. Freeze their pay, no last-minute promotions, that's their retirement. Then start all over with new training, new consciences, nobody's straight from military service, you must have been out 10 years or more, get rid of the militarised equipment, make lying on a report a crime to be punished in prison as well as covering or forgetting to turn on your camera. The only flaw is the anarchy that reigns after the cops are fired and while the new system and training is set up, but somebody else can figure that part out.

Right. If the cop never contacted him there would’ve been no opportunity to be disorderly. That sounds like entrapment to me. Baited him into it and lied when he didn’t take the bait.
Thats what I came on here to say, he keeps saying things like "he can do that" and "that's fine" & "he's entitled to that" in reference.

@@chris6246 to be fair she did better than most bc she refused to give his name the 1st time & then after being asked the 2nd time she asked what would happen & the officer told her he'd go home with a citation instead of taken in. Only then did she give his name & I'm sure having a kid with him knew he had no warrants.

I'm all for standing up for rights, if it's for ME I might try and act hard, but that's an infant they are responsible for keeping safe. I'd rather my spouse let me take the only fall here and know my baby is with them.

Hey LT my skin is really thin and I was a bully in school. So this dude flipped me off and since I have masculinity issues I went to harass the dude and he would not be bullied so I am going to arrest him.
I like how he needed to clarify that there’s “no issue” with the infant that can’t speak or walk

Seen this before with a cop named Philip Brailsford. He couldn't decide what he wanted the suspect to do so after a series of contradicting commands he eventually just said "ah to hell with it" and shot him.
Its obvious he was picked on in school and is making them pay!!
