Erst einmal HERZLICHEN GLÜCKWUNSCH zu 150.000 Followern 🎉 Das heutige Video hat wieder mal bewiesen , wie abwechslungsreich man die Beine trainieren kann. Mit Band und Gewichten. Je nachdem wie schwer das Band bzw. das Gewicht war , war es ganz schön heftig. Ursprünglich wolle ich ja auch noch ein älteres Bein - Band Video machen, aber ich habe es dann gelassen und auf einen anderen Tag verlegt. Dafür gabs dann noch ein ABS Tabata Dank für einen erfolgreichen Start in den Tag 👏🏼

Früher wusste ich nicht, warum man sich dehnt, habe nie irgendwelche Muskeln gespürt, jetzt freue ich mich auf das Cooldown und das Gefühl meine Muskeln wachsen. Früher konnte ich nicht meine Zehen berühren beim Stretching, nun komme ich bis zu den Zehen und ich bin mir sicher irgendwann schaffe ich es auch den Kopf auf das Bein zu legen. But you throw some dynamic stuff I'm your workouts that I never thought I would be able to do! Today was the first time for the starfish and I did it!! Yess! I am slowly getting back on track, trying to workout more and after a break I was looking for medium intensity leg workout and I just did this. It was just right for me . Not hard , just medium level. Also loved the hiit finisher , extra few energy to burn. Thanks for this!

Do it again and again when is my glutes day..... And as allways still challenging every time i do it 🥵🥵🥵Not long, perfect timing and efficient. for a busy working mother.... Working out doesn't need to be one hour everyday, I thing. 30 min 5 to 6 days a week ang giving your maximum can be enough to get on shape and feel good.
