    Team Everydaywarrior,
    today will be a super sweaty 30 MIN Standing Legs | Booty Workout.
    In the first Circuit we will be using a Mini Loop Band to activate our Glutes even more.
    In the second Circuit we will add some heavier weights to use all those muscle fibers to make them stronger and let them legs and booty grow. 🔥
    DumbbelIs I am using 2x 9 kg for your reference.
    As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
    There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.

    After Covid, my first workout. Did it without weights and only slowly, but what can I say, it was so good. Great work dearest Kathrin. I like that everything was standing 👌💞😚

    Erst einmal HERZLICHEN GLÜCKWUNSCH zu 150.000 Followern 🎉
    Das heutige Video hat wieder mal bewiesen , wie abwechslungsreich man die Beine trainieren kann. Mit Band und Gewichten. Je nachdem wie schwer das Band bzw. das Gewicht war , war es ganz schön heftig. Ursprünglich wolle ich ja auch noch ein älteres Bein - Band Video machen, aber ich habe es dann gelassen und auf einen anderen Tag verlegt. Dafür gabs dann noch ein ABS Tabata
    Dank für einen erfolgreichen Start in den Tag 👏🏼

    Liebe Kaykay, früher habe ich nie geschwitzt beim Sport, seit ich mit deinen Videos trainiere ist das Handtuch mein neuer bester Freund. Früher wusste ich nicht, warum man sich dehnt, habe nie irgendwelche Muskeln gespürt, jetzt freue ich mich auf das Cooldown und das Gefühl meine Muskeln wachsen. Früher konnte ich nicht meine Zehen berühren beim Stretching, nun komme ich bis zu den Zehen und ich bin mir sicher irgendwann schaffe ich es auch den Kopf auf das Bein zu legen. Früher… so könnte ich endlos weitermachen! Danke für all diese 100 kleinen und großen Fortschritte!

    Wowie!!! Ouch. I think I won’t be walking tomorrow. Loved the band work. Using bands are one of my favorites because it’s so versatile. Such a sweaty workout with this one and the finisher was great. Will have to do this again to try harder on the finisher. Lol good job as always.

    Oh my goodness. Sweaty mess is an understatement. I have learned so much in the past year and know all the basic moves pretty well. But you throw some dynamic stuff I'm your workouts that I never thought I would be able to do! Today was the first time for the starfish and I did it!!     Dieses Workout ist der absolute WAHNSINN 😍❤💥 Ich liebe es!!! Ich weiß zwar defintiv, dass es 2x brennt...einmal heute Morgen während der Übungen und Morgen vom Muskelkater, aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf. Mit diesem Workout hast du dich wieder einmal übertroffen 🙏 Und ich liebe es, dass alle Übungen im Stehen waren. Defintiv eins meiner absoluten Favoriten ab sofort 🥰

    Could feel my legs from yesterday’s workout and definitely could after this one, the jumping split lunges on the finisher just had my legs screaming. Love leg day

    Yess! I am slowly getting back on track, trying to workout more and after a break I was looking for medium intensity leg workout and I just did this. It was just right for me . Not hard , just medium level. Also loved the hiit finisher , extra few energy to burn. Thanks for this!

    Kaykay thank you for the strong legs and booty work out. At times during the burn 🔥 I said Nomore!!!!but I stayed strong and finished the workout. I know it will make me stronger for it.     Oh wow! Glad I wasn't the only one struggling with the workout finisher! Did the best I can do with wobbly and shaking legs!! I am sure I'm going to feel this tomorrow! Glad tomorrow is YOGA day....if I can make it up the stairs to my workout room 😵‍💫🥵🔥

    Do it again and again when is my glutes day..... And as allways still challenging every time i do it 🥵🥵🥵Not long, perfect timing and efficient. for a busy working mother....
    Working out doesn't need to be one hour everyday, I thing. 30 min 5 to 6 days a week ang giving your maximum can be enough to get on shape and feel good. Thank you kaykay for all the great variety of workout you offer us. Love
