We play DayZ which is one of the best survival games of 2024. If you enjoy Rust , Tarkov , Deadside or other new survival games you will enjoy this one! DayZ is an open world multiplayer pvp survival crafting zombie game with high risk, high reward player interactions. You can live off the land and hunt for food or pvp geared players and take their loot. We make DayZ videos, DayZ Streams, DayZ shorts. We do lots of DayZ tips and tricks shorts so if you're new to the game we will have a guide for you. We will help you get from a noob on day 1 to a pro player on day 100 using our noob guides and advanced tips. Been playing on PlayStation since 2020. Vigor is hard but very fun and heart pounding to play
I tried to get into it, but sadly not my thing. The lack of 1PP is not great.

Vigor is a few years old now guys. I have the founders stuff from the alpha and beta days. It's a fun game for sure, but not "new"

@Horrordude84 yea, 7 days to Die is killing me. I miss playing it but it's awful on console. Same as for DayZ, love the game but console could use some new maps.
Vigor is such an amazing game but it definitely has diminishing returns. One thing I don't think was explained is that you have a cache of guns in your base. You choose what to bring into a match with you and if you die you lose whatever you brought (or scavenged during the match) So when it's early game you play slow because you dont have the best guns but once you've been playing for a while and your cache is so large that even if you die several games consecutively you still have dozens of legendary guns in your cache it feels inconsequential. The game loses it's tension. Until that point the game is super fun and tense.

Funny thing is that sling bag was in vigor for years before it came to DayZ 😉 along with a lot of the newer cosmetics being added to DayZ recently
Yeap, I was about to comment that... Many of the accesories and clothing being added in Dayz, was added in Vigor first

I've been playing this on Console since it came out the one thing we vets all remember is that the game was very unique for the first two years of his life cycle almost every player in the game used to not shoot on sight this was the case for such a long time that the community called it a looter shooter where no one has to die
I remember telling you guys about this on the discord. Glad it came to pc and you could try it out.
They actually use some of the same sound files for animals that DayZ does I have noticed.

I think if they go F2P they should switch the shootout mode with a BR mode, if it fails they can always switch it back to shootout but I think the game design would give that old "H1Z1" or "PUBG" feel people long for
I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure PUPG is coming out with a looter, extraction shooter. This game might be trying to do something similar to Arena Breakpoint Infinite going from mobile to PC.

If your new do the tutorial and grab the airdrop that spawns, it'll net you a Thompson blueprint and you keep the other loot you pick up in it. Be sure to explore as there's unmarked locations with loot, and always wait for the airdrop to spawn before extracting. I've had several matches where everyone had already extracted or died before it spawned.
Oh, the scarecrows in the range seem to have roughly the same health as a player who hasn't used an ibaa armor plate consumable, very useful when testing guns.

I stopped playing years ago because playerbase died and every match was just waiting each other out in front of carepackages and exits
A little late to the party calling it "new" but I suppose you mean "new to PC". I played it a lot when it released, being as I started as a DayZ console player. The third person issues are exactly what pushed me away from the game. Another reason was that due to the limited spawn points it became very easy to learn all the spawn points and camp the exits.
Yet their other game Dayz feels like you are trying to manoeuvre a truck with a broken steering system through a maze
I installed and tried to get into a game 4 times and each time it crashed. Refunded it.

Very similar to The Cycle: Frontier, that was shutdown last year. I realy wonder if this game will survive as free to play.
It has on console and has done well enough to get a pc release (which im ok with i recently got a pc and will enjoy it when its free)

Ive played it a bit. Dont aim 1st person unless weapon really have some optics its easier to hit smth when croutch 3rd person or even lying down.
Played a bit on Xbox. It feels like a fun play for some mini games but not much more than that. Very smooth though with decent graphics. If DayZ had this level of graphics, it would be insane

Pretty sure I spent 14 bucks on this about 4 years ago on Xbox and it had party play. Not hating on vigor but I spent 14 bucks played about 14 hours and yea…it may have been 7 hours at the cabin and still have flashbacks in normal life to this day about banking!

I really enjoy the gameplay itself of Vigor. First played it a year or 2 ago on console and have returned a few times, but after the initial excitement wears off you really realize how grindy it is. Crowns are almost necessary to play the game as intented - for ex. weapon plans are now virtually impossible to get in crates, which gives off a pay-to-win vibe. In encounters I feel as if i'm always at a disadvantage because of how steep the gear-gap is. Also the gun play is even more janky than DayZ. Definitely recommend trying it but not sure how much replay value it has in the long term especially if the devs keep making it harder for newer players.
I like the game. And had it since release 3 years ago.
Never got the point of it though. Maybe i'm not an extraction guy.
The early extraction mode on newest MW was great with friends 🙂
I adore this game. The biggest turn off for me about console play was how hard recoil control is on joysticks, but with mouse and keyboard controls on the PC port now, it shoukd be a LOT more managable.
I've played Vigor on console a couple years ago and I very much enjoyed it. Then I started getting destroyed over and over. 😂 Might have to try again

Game is a nice concept, but it was very balls when i last played it on ps4, mfs running everywhere insta headshotting you with an mg3, and people r always afk in that elimination mode farming the in game currency n whatnot, i sure hope it turns out better for pc
I've been playing since 2019 and me and my friends aren't that good but we're in the top 1000 players without even trying just by working as a team and using guns we like to use , the Soumi and ppsh are two of my favorite guns I use even having all gold weapons unlocked I still use soumi and ppsh and I got soumi super early on and it can be crafted super early level for super cheap and their near instant crafts and better than most gold weapons which take 12 hours to craft

Done been playing vigor not a horrible game but it needs some works and some fine tuning but it’s not bad
I play this game for 2 years the thing I hate about this game is that about house is hard to upgrade
The only bad thing about this game on console is a clan called M2E they are notorious for using Cronus and xim, their leader used to not even deny it now he just doesn’t respond, other than that this game isn’t too bad

BI totally have the experience to make an amazing gritty, hardcore Tarkov style extraction shooter in first person. Unfortunately, Vigor was designed for console in mind and it shows.
I’ve played this game in console for a good while now and keep going back to it every now and then, it’s not worth it at all, nothing like dayz combat, in vigor you get people zig zagging and jumping towards you with adrenaline and then the jump shot you an the devs don’t do anything about it, also machinenghewer 3 is op af

Oh man that's a big no no teaming up in single session modes haha 😅. But for real it's why I stopped playing this game cause there's only like 7 people in a game and I'd see groups together teaming up
Tried it. Its painfully crappy. Its not open world at all. You get a private bass, and the fight online sweats in quick matches to upgrade your stuff

On Xbox it’s free to play, but it is really trying to get you to buy the premium items.
That's 'cause NOTHING is free, ever. It is impossible. Someone has to pay and in business, it is the customer who pays. Development and servers cost money.
