I just use the airport long term most of the time. I pay for it but im 20 miles from the airport and through a tunnel. My delivery fee covers it. I’ll do this until I figure something else out
Funny thing - when I told my wife about your channel, her first question was "where does she park all those cars?" Implication being, if I start renting cars on Turo, where would I park all my Turo cars?

Hi Saimah, I wonder how you mange your whole fleet? eg. cleaning, getting the car ready for the clients etc. Do you manage them yourself? or you now have a whole team doing this?

Hi Saimah, I am considering using Swap a lease to get a premium car(no down payment and take over someone else’s lease) and was wondering, did you form an LLC for your cars and when you drop your car off at a the airport, are you taking an Uber back and forth to pick it up?

It's my biggest problem and cost along with insurance and cleaning costs and turo fees the profitability was bare minimum for me even though I charged a premium price for my cars. This is for downtown montreal and thus I had to stop as I became an all star host also unfortunately.
Just curious I am a host myself. Are you an investor in Turo the company in any way? Also are they going public?
I watched video by a RUclipsr stephen marquardt who has a fleet on turo. He did mention they are going public.

Uber, have friend follow you, take a bus, call a cab, drop car off close to home so you can walk back to your house...
@@vinewood8295 I use a long range electric scooter with no flat tires for under 8 miles and Uber/Lyft for more than 8 miles

@@JackOLanternBob I’m on my 5th one now due to mechanical/structural issues on 4 of them. My current one can get about 40 miles, go 19 mph, weighs about 45 lbs, and cost about $950 with a 4 year warranty. A warranty is a MUST with these scooters and I’ve tried a number of brands with pros and cons each.
That was my first problem too especially if they rent after hrs

So you have your 35 cars parked on public street parking. That's isn't typically easy to do everywhere. Isn't it a logistical nightmare to keep track of where they are? Also, don't they need to be inspected on return and then washed? Do you do this? Or do you hire someone else to?

Please, where do I park in Los Angeles??? 1 space per unit at my studio Apt and paying a structure is hundred of dollars. Unless the space is FREE I wouldn’t profit anything after expenses. Calculated carefully and to pay back monthly loan I’d have to rent out car at LEAST 10 days a month for $50/day. Please help I clearly don’t have the money for your course. Just need this question answered as I solved all other issues. This is the only thing left I need to solve before pulling the trigger on a mustang

I rarely let renter come to my home,
1- you do not 🚫 want some potential bad renter know your address( some bad(local) renter can be a risk )
2-do not bring traffic 🚦⛔ to your neighborhood.
I like her videos overall, but in this case she really didn’t say her solution to parking all of her cars personally. She mentioned adjusting pricing to not have the cars sitting. I was really curious on what type of Facility she uses.
