Hell, Kid Buu's attacks are meant to cover distance and hit you multiple times. It's way too easy to stuck in a combo. I had to keep attacking and just never let up cause you give him even a second to recover and you'll regret it.
It might even need to be 230 or higher. Kid Buu is just as powerful as Super Saiyan 3 by default in Budokai 2/3 and after 8 turns, his offense and defense increase every 4 turns by 10%. If you do end up getting your defense maxed out, the time spent doing this makes Kid Buu even more powerful to the point where even at 180-200, he can damage you despite your high defense (although unless you're terrible at the game, you still shouldn't lose the fight against him due to your potentially insanely high damage output at this level). Waste too much time getting to Kid Buu and he becomes Vegito level in terms of damage output and that point you might actuallly lose despite having high defense. And it makes no difference if you do choose to win this way. Dragon World is required in order to unlock practically everything in Budokai 2. Unless you want to drive yourself mad, you're going to want to look for a shortcut in order to get it over with. Just to unlock all characters, Dragon World must be completed 4 four times. For every Breakthrough, capsule and every mode, you'll be completing this 30+ times--even more if you happen to screw up and miss meeting/fighting certain characters, allow Vegeta to nuke himself on Fat Buu, or get a game over.
@@dontegraves5051 Not if you do that glitch in the Skill Edit menu where it would increase by 1% every time you did it. A pain in the ass yes but ultimately worth it. It's kinda why I like 2V. Everything's unlocked from the start.
Cell beat my ass silly in the first budokai but kid buu annihilated me more than 3 times with that Warp Kanehameha in the same fight. Why was he so hostile to everyone EXCEPT Goku?

Even on lowest difficulty, Kid Buu reads inputs and is programmed to whoop that ass.
