The flames, those fearful and dreaded flames , I will never see
Oh dear friend you see, Christ died for me, praise God for me,
My debt so high, it ever grew, nothing, no nothing, I could do,
But with open hands receive from Him, the gift He purchased, for all my friend.

I appreciate this ministry so much!!! This is serious! I am so tired of hearing well meaning Christian's, say that we, "professing Christian's", should hold hands and sing kumbaya and not worry about our "doctrinal differences".
    Doctrine matters!!!
    Rightly dividing the Word MATTERS!!!
It can mean the difference between someone hearing the one, true Gospel vs. a false gospel.
And, it can mean the difference in someone who is Saved living in bondage without the assurance of their Salvation vs. Having assurance of their Salvation!
    Thank you for standing strong!!!

I lean towards questioning someone's salvation who is not assured of salvation because it is contrary to the Gospel, which would mean they believe ANOTHER gospel. I'm not saying they won't have occasional thoughts of doubt, because the enemy actively works against the believer to bring doubt, but the Holy Spirit also works IN the believer and they know deep within that they belong to God. If we believe the Gospel, we must learn to be actively believing it, even when doubt creeps in. That is the war between the flesh and the spirit that Paul talks about, and we can CHOOSE to stand on God's promise regardless of how we feel or what others think about us. His Word is Truth, and we can be assured that He cannot lie! The Gospel is the very foundation that we build everything else on. If it isn't our foundation, everything else is worthless.

What about those that fall away

    • @BibleLine
      @BibleLine  Год назад +2

Good question. The falling away is never from salvation. In context of “fall from grace” of the Hebrews 6 “fall away,” it is referring to believers who just need to get back on the right track in their walk with God. The idea is not that they have lost salvation, but they have lost the fellowship with God. This is restored through correcting the sin (may include confession/repentance), or correcting if doctrinal error.
Nevertheless, the person is saved (a believer) because they believed in Jesus Christ for the full payment of their sin. Salvation is given to anyone who placed their faith in Christ. Once you believe in Him, you are saved forever, and you shall never come into condemnation.
      Notice John 5:24, Acts 13:38-39

    OSAS is the correct doctrine
A OSAS believer did not earned his salvation thru works so there is no way he or she can lose it either by works
    As simple as it sound
    By Christ :
Once sacrifice one atonement one time entering into heaven one time receiving the Holy Spirit one time looking into the brass Serpent one time eating the living bread one time drinking the living water and never again feeling thirsty and i can go on and on and on
Salvation is a one time deal
