Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 pinch
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Dates 160 gm or 13 medium
Carrot 1 or 1 cup
Egg 2 or Curd 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence or Clove or Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts 1/4cup opt
Oil 8tbsp or butter
For Caramel
2tbsp sugar
4tbsp water + 4tbsp water
My Measuring Cup is 250 ml
