Watching the family at the gate, the kids learned a lot from their parents on how to be jerks.
Jerks is being very polite. The fact they continued their rude behavior after noticing the cameras says all we need to know about them.
Scum is what that is. Kids will be trash adults just like mommy and daddy

Love the lady that keeps setting her car alarm off assuming someone is in there that she can annoy, but in reality its only annoying her and the rest of her family cause no one is there. Super classy, I'm sure they'll be talking about it back in their trailer park later.
Not all trailer parks are the same, if they moved in to the one I live in, they'd be kicked out within a week!!😂
After seeing how they were acting at the gate on the camera, I would have called them back and told them that they could pick up the vehicles after 8am on Monday.

Yeah I can't believe how much she didn't react to the price. Like if it were me, I would own up to the mistake and be respectful. But I'd be shocked at the price. I couldn't help but react and say like OMG or something.
I love the magical lady who tells people they can park anywhere. It is always important to ask the correct question of the correct person. It reminds me of a scene in the Pink Panther where Clouseau sees a cute dog in the hotel lobby:

Clouseau proceeds to pet the dog and gets bit.

The folks at the gate, what a fine example of attempted break-in, disrespect and bad language all obviously taught to the younger folks in the group. Jeff and Kristen, you two endure a lot for your business and handle it well. I think we heard all the excuses in this video with an additional one, "too drunk to see the sign". If you're too drunk to see the sign, you don't need to be driving, period. Everything Autos Team, "we appreciate ya!"

Some friends of mine just got back from Gatlinburg and called me to say thanks for the warning. I told them about your videos and to be sure to pay to park when they are there. A hotel employee told them they could park in any of the numbered spots in town but thankfully they didn't!

Gatlinburg is ridiculously crowded and on weekends many pay lots are full. We live an hour away and very seldom go there.
When we do go, we rent a room at a hotel, legally park car and walk everywhere. There are even trolleys for non walkers.
Your courtesy and respect sets the tone and allows you to be firm and still answer questions. Keeps things calm. Good job and good video!

Ooooops? Lol. Kristen dropped the ball on that one. She generally so good about doing a walk around before or during hookups. What mouths on those kids!!! When I was a kid accidental language like that got our mouths washed out with a bar of soap to teach us a lesson.
Those poor kids have horrible role models in life. Pay to park and you won’t have this issue in Gatlinburg….plain and simple. Nobody tells these people to park in the employee parking lots either 😂

Imagine being the first guy, falling asleep, and waking up at Everything Auto, completely confused as to how you got there! My roommate is and *extremely* heavy sleeper (he's slept through a heavy shelf *falling on his head*, lol!) and that sounds like something that would happen to him.
Some people are just not all there, people like this absolutely kill me, I bet they're amazing parents acting this way in front of their children, beyond childish behavior, stay safe out there guys and God bless!
