PCGamer demo discs. Who doesn't miss them? In a time before Steam, this was the best way to learn about the upcoming games firsthand. This time, we take a look at the August 1999 disc, with Sinistar Unleashed & Hidden & Dangerous.

YYYEEESS!
OMG it feels like talking to a radio moderator back in the late 80's, people called him for help about their girlfriends, to listen favorite tracks.
This is so neat, dude, so creative, I’m so curious how you did stuff like the set and the telephone
If you watch the latest letting off steam on tyler's main channel he turns the camera around for a bit and shows the set up. said it's taken him months to make the set once you see it you know he's not kidding
@@semaj523Gaming that’s so fuckin cool, I was wondering if it was a render or something
it's crazy how well this whole thing has turned out. the fact the phonecalls work as well as they do is the most impressive thing to me. it's just awesome
Yeah finding and adapting a flux capacitor for phone calls had to have been tricky
I ADORE this
Dope.
Great show Tye! Definitely enjoying this new direction.
I loved Triple Play 2000, and I never played any other baseball game since. My parents bought it for me from a Scholastics school catalog. I remember it feeling like a fun arcade game but with the asthetics and rules of a sports sim. Maybe kind of like an Ace Combat, but for baseball.
Cool stuff!
This is so damn good. Pc gamer demo discs were incredible back in the day
Omg this is so cool and so satisfying, thank you =D
I hear pray tell that Hidden and Dangerous might make its way to the upcoming Sega Dreamcast! That thing's going to be a next-gen powerhouse if it can pull off this kind of game!
I love the concept, I love the retro feel, but the numerous calls really stretches the bit too much and isn't all that funny. Editing would do wonders in upping the quality and comedy.
