    Diagnosed of GAD and panic disorder and currently on medication (cipralex ) and cognitive behaviour therapy.Importante talaga na we are aware of mental health 8 mos ako palipat lipat ng doktor many and series of blood test until I decided to see a psychiatrist ang hirap kasi sa pinas may stigma about mental health

    Even before pandemic. Mahirap po tlaga laban ang anxiety. Pero laban lang po. ❤❤😢😢

    I was suffering from anxiety and the therapist helped me a lot. I was told to go to places where hindi stressful and do relaxing hobbies like journalling (which is what I love to do) She invited me for an ice cream kaso online session kami.
    Hindi man linear ang healing, hindi rin instant, but always remember na mas powerful ka than the anxiety. Claim that you'll be able to overcome everything. I wish you more strength and thank you Dr. Dex.

    Ng ka ganyan ako doc,naririnig ko heartbeat ko tapos ng hahaluccinate din ako kaya pinaglabanan ko yan naospital ako ng wala nmn silang findings
