I can do a donut no problem with #14 pulled but it seems to.lack enough power off the line dry surface to start a burnout i can only guess torque management still doesnt get turned off if tires are wet i can spin em forever lol just not on dry surfaces i also have the 3.6 se with 8speed any tips?
What type of tuner do you have? I been trying to modify my 2012 3.6L charger. All I've done is k&n cold air intake and cat-back exhaust. The only tuner I can find is a jdm programmer.
Pretty awesome buddy, but I think zf 8hp45 transmission can handle this tips of things ,for several times I got bmw 420d in Europe and with this transmission on it, I don't know how many times can do this, the new your car tras is how much in u.s?
Mohammad Chadorhani It should be fine indefinitely as long as it isn't done in excess. These transmissions can handle alot more than my motor can throw at it naturally aspirated. It's the differential that is more likely to fail due it not having fluid circulation and dedicated cooling, but then again as long as regular fluid maintenance is enforced, it should last the life of the vehicle.
Couple questions do you hold it in brake while pressing gas also do you have to mod your dash to do this? And also freaking sweet my aunt and unc finna be like where the hell yo tires boah 🤣
I just used a little vegetable oil to get it started. The oil is completely burned off of the tires after a foot of spinning. However, with TC/ESP disabled I found that I could easily do a burnout without oil.
+Brock Brown In this video I had a toggle switch for ESP,BAS, ABS disable. The reason why is that after the P60 recall, some fuses were made redundant and others were moved without being renamed. Instead of going through all of them and testing, I just decided to wire in a toggle switch to the accelerometer located under the center console (under the center storage compartment behind the cupholders) so that I could just disable the "nanny program" whenever I wanted to have some fun. Now I can pretty much do this with tuning but back then, tuning wasnt looking very likely for these cars until after this burnout contest.
I'd just like to echo the previous comment that you need to pull the fuse. I don't have a programmer and there is no tuning support from anyone for the 2011/2012 v6 charger yet. This was on the stock tune with traction control disabled.
I also have a 2012 v6 charger. With the 8 speed. Do do this you need to pull fuse 14. But you probably will get an engine light. And last time I did it my shifter stopped working until I put the fuse back in.
say I have a 2013 charger sxt but I have the option to turn off traction control with a button. would that be sufficient or would I still have to pull the fuse?
SKOOK It would not be sufficient. In the video I had no ABS, ESP, Traction control via a toggle switch. Do yourself a solid and get a Tazer by Zautotech.
Not with the no spin nannies on. They're meant to keep you from losing traction and stability at any speed. I've also read that a DiabloSport programmer can disable all that nonsense, but this video was done before tuning was released for 2011+ Mopars.
Thanks I guess? This entry won one of Diablosport's weekend burnout contests and it was well before tuning came out. You know what they say, spinning isn't winning...lol.
@@swanwork This was back before I had a better method to isolate the more aggressive shift pattern. Dropping it into L tended to stretch out first gear better than D.
@@swanwork when you leave it in D and press the pedal aggressively, all its doing is downshifting if in motion or isolating first gear from a stop. freaking sweet!!!!! THIS ONE GETS MY VOTE!!!
for a V6, this thing can burn some rubber.
So what did you do that it did a burnout
Also do you remember what exact wires you wired to the toggle? The colors of them or maby you have a diagram of some kind ?
how are u getting this to start off ..u have in first gear or in sport mode ? curious .. im a blacktop owner love
How do you burn out I can't get mine to do it. I've tried everthing I could think of
Would you recommend getting the tazor over what you did. Or doing what you did is definitely a lot cheaper. Let me know thank you!!

Qdoggus do you have the 5 speed or the 8 speed
From the primary power block, or the fuse box under the hood.

I have the 8 speed. The German one made by ZF before the Chrysler plant in IN started making them.
How I have the same year an I can't figure how to do that
Tbats sweet man!

Kills witch for traction I have the same setup flip the switch traction and abs off burnouts for days
Inspirational 🎉
Nice man! I’ve been wanting to do this. I saw in your comments you said the wires are located in the center console ? Was it hard to get in there ?
Just had to remove the center console assembly and find the accelerometer box.
Looks like some liquid was poured under the tires before you did this burnout....so what did you use?
I just used a little vegetable oil to get it started. The oil is completely burned off of the tires after a foot of spinning. However, with TC/ESP disabled I found that I could easily do a burnout without oil.
what fuse did you pull to disable your esp i can turn off my tration but it doesnt turn all the way off

I can't do a burnout in my 2012 charger se. how can I do an how did u burn out
Probably has a TAZER and used line lock
sorry 4 a stupid question.. but i try with D and is very sleepy.. do u use 1st gear?
I did, I used L instead of D.
I also have a 2012 v6 charger. With the 8 speed. Do do this you need to pull fuse 14. But you probably will get an engine light. And last time I did it my shifter stopped working until I put the fuse back in.
Same here
Hell yeah!!!
i have a 2014 with no manual mode only low mode and drive how do i slide it and burnout
You need to find a way to disable traction control.
I wired in a toggle switch to the yaw/accelerometer sensor, when I toggled it off via the switch, it would fault the traction control and disable it.
when you did it the esp and abs both of them were off or only the esp ?
everything abs related was off.
+Qdoggus like only from the button inside the car esp butoon ?
ABS,ESP, BAS was disabled by wiring in a toggle switch to the acelerometer module under the center console.
+Qdoggus thx dude
Nice man
Thank you! This video is the one that won Diablosport's burnout contest on facebook back before tuning was available.
Which box do you pull the fuse from? There's one under tge hood and in my trunk with the battery.
Front fuse box 25A romove for 15 mins and put it back in thank me later
@@RoadRunnerZipp why for 15 min then put it back in?
twngo un charger igual a ese, v6... no tiene fuerza en el arranque ni tampoco quema llanta, que podrá ser??
Abre la caja de los fusibles y saca el número 14

How do you do the burn out? I haven't been able to do it with my sxt. Please help.
You have to pull the abs/esc fuse, or wire in a no esp toggle switch.
Is there any other way?

You're welcome...
WORD!
Okay thank ill give that a shot
I did this in my 2017 v6 charger tcs and stability control off and it snapped the rear diff fo figure on my luck lol
does it works with 2011 v6 3.6l 296 hk?
Pretty sure that the '11 chargers came equipped with the 5-speed transmission. You could always try though.
Did I just hear a Karen at the end
I can't do this with my blacktop .
I have the 8 speed...
some 1 help me

I've already covered this question in the comments below.
its ok...but only a 1 wheeler, thats embarrassing my 3.6 doesnt do those anymore hahahaha

I drop it into L.
Why drop it in L tho. I’m just curious
