Probably censorship, most channels have more views than subscribers (often 3x views per sub, this video being 2 years old has fewer views than subs, and we all know this is way too good for people that subbed to think "I'm going to skip and not watch another comical and well done song by this guy..."), so in one word, censorship or throttling. The Michigan legislature has continued to spend away funds which should be focused on the infrastructure. Now, they want to raise taxes to supposedly pay for roads. They get billions a year already, so their solution is unacceptable!

Reminds me of when my school's football coach wanted to spend the entire upcoming education bond on turning our sports field into a full-scale stadium, the man's schematics for it were insane and he showed it to us hoping we'd beg our parents to fund it.
Yep, mold on the walls, leaky roof, ruining carpets (because of the roof leak, mold probably from that too), and they wanted a new gymnasium... We got a new gymnasium, and the old one had been refloored not that long ago and it was already huge for the tiny school! Oh and then they later got enough to fix the carpets, but not the roof, can you guess how long the new carpets lasted?

Haha, after watching/listening to this so many times over the years, I never noticed the mayor's name "will spenditt".
I have a degree in economics and Remy's statement about Stadiums NOT driving the economy is spot on! we looked at 3 separate studies that came to the same conclusion.
To be fair, cities keep building expensive stadiums because the teams keep threatening to leave, because the leagues keeps restricting the number of teams, because the leagues have anti-trust immunity from the justice department. The problem isn't really the mayors, its the justice department. Without that immunity, every economically viable town could have its own team, and threats to move wouldn't be this effective at getting cities to fork over money. (Source: Andrew Zimbalist and Roger G Noll: Sports Jobs and Taxes: Are New Stadiums worth the cost? 1997).
