This is not talent, but hard work, how many trainings were behind your back and every time you found motivation to move on when progress was not visible at all, you motivated me to learn this element too, I will write how it goes, this will take a lot of time. And you are an example to our generation, I wish you success and progress, I'm waiting for the video with the horizon, greetings from Russia 💪🏻😄
Good job dude! You gonna grow into a unit. Myself coming from weight lifting background gonna start doing calisthenics only with a pair of rings as well. This video is a dose of motivation!
Really proud of you bro!!! Thanks so much for sharing such a great honest progression! This video absolutely deserves more views than those ‘from 0 to full FL in 3 months’ bullshit! I’ve been training for 10 months and now can hold half lay for 10s in good form but I injured my lats last week when I tried full FL negative. I’ll be back anyway, you motivated me a lot!💪💪👍
Same happened with me my back got injured .. also for me half lay is easier than the full straddle but the gap between both is big still didn't achieved the full front .. got tired but this video gave me some huge motivation .. huge respect 🔥🔥💪🏼⚡
the lift tray is no longer a secret for me but the front then the pffff really complicated in every sense of the word.. but I hope to find the courage thanks to your video thank you
I Have 16 years old i m 190 cm tall and i m 83 kg Weight i started from 5 months and i m at struddle and half lay .i Hope that i Will do full in this summer

Damn I've been training the front lever since december 2020 and started with barely holding advanced tuck for 8s. Today it's the 3 months anniversary for practicing it lol. I can hold the one leg FL for 10-12s, doing constant straddle negatives and weighted tuck pull ups. I hope I'll manage to do the full FL before summer
Please tell me you're front lever exercises i started on the 13th of march and can hold 10 seconds advanced tuck front lever good Form what are you're exercises
@@jay0145 You got parallel bars right? If you do, then there are a lot of exercises to do. But first tell me you got the equipment so I can explain furthermore
@@farisdanial5008 I have kinda given up on it since july cause I was seeing no progress at all (I still train it but I'm on holidays and mostly missing from home). But now, instead of focusing on the front lever I am lifting very often and have also started doing deadlifts and weighted squats. I will continue with the front lever tho sometime cause I was so close to doing the straddle and I feel bad for giving up on it.

Thanks bro!
So, some isometric holds, dynamics like raises, fl pull ups, ice cream makers, negatives and dragon flag
@@MsDaniele1997 thanks man :) i had train fl around 9month but i didnt get count it i thinking i trainninng wrong yet
1:25 ma hai una mobilità della madonna come fai a tenere un half-lay così dritto
did you train this daily? and did you only try statics? or also more dynamics
I train 6 days a week, 2 days push, 2 pull and 2 leg and I do also dynamics and basics
VAI UOMOOOOOOO
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
What exercises did you do to progress from move to move?
First of all some sometric holds, then some dynamics like raises, fl pull ups, ice cream makers, some negatives and dragon flags
What about moves you did to get from tuck front lever to advanced tuck front lever? Like when you were at the level?
you also practiced the back lever?
Yess a bit, i had unlocked the back lever because of the transfer from the planche
