I remember when this ride first opened in the new millenium, I got up to the front of the queue and this new futuristic looking train arrived, the station was designed like a space camp and they had this electronic music going in the background that was getting me seriously anxious. I was like maybe 90 pounds at that time and the chain lift looked like it went straight up... Vivid memory, I remember that music and sight fresh as ever. Favorite roller coaster of all time. Fun and fast, millennium force is great for its height and speed but seems to be a ride the whole family can ride. It doesn't have a whole lot of aggressive airtime, or direction changes, but i loved the whole experience. Being that high was enough of an adrenaline rush for me.
Lol my friend dared me to get front seat on this ride and I did but once I got in the seat I was starting to regret because of the first drop but I couldn't back down now since the ride was about to start. But that ride changed my whole life and nice pov (:

This is better than the official CP video. You can hear and see the G's in this video. I rode this ride when I was like 14 back in ohhhh maybe 99? It was the height of engineering back then.
Yeessss.....! How did you manage to record this!? By the way... The blue car is faster, you get more air time in the middle seats, and the back seats are faster (IMO- actually my friends thought blue was faster, I just thought it was a smoother ride)
Man the wind comin off the lake while climbing anything tall at Cedar Point always freaks me out haha. Doesn't help that I always go for Halloweekends either, it's always windy AF and chilly and you're already a little uncomfortable with the height and then you just get blasted in the face with cold air threatening to pull you off. It's a weirdly nostalgic feeling, but one that in the moment always freaks me out.
GAWD I love this coaster soooooo much!!!! First TRUE Giga!! Moving to SW Florida, although coming down to Busch Gardens, both Universal parks, & ALL of DisneyWorld (10x Hester than Cali’s crap-ass “LAND” variety!!! Lol!!!)….it highly saddened me to be LEAVING my Trifecta of “Home Parks”: Kings Island, Cedar Point, & Kentucky Kingdom. Kings Island was my very first. I’m from NE Kentucky just 2.5-3 hours away. We went at least 3 times every summer, ever since I was 4-years okd. Once we turned 17, my friends & I went even MORE! When I was 12, my parents took us to Cedar Point on a family vacation to Cleveland. We drove to Sandusky, for the last two days of the trip. I was AMAZED, by the official “RollerCoaster Capitol of the World”. “Could it BE??? Could this be BETTER than Kings Island???” Only very slightly. But, my heart was still with Cincy’s (Mason, OH) park. They became tied over time. Cleveland was a 5.5- to 6-hour drive away. By 20-years old, my fiends & I went twice per summer. So, we are now looking at a minimum of 5 amusement park trips per summer. And they are two of THE VERY best, in the entire country…and WORLD!!! At 11-years old, we hit up Kentucky Kingdom, in Louisville. The Ville was also a 2.5-hour drive. It was orignally just the permanent “fair/carnival rides”, for the Kentucky State Fair. Then, they started building coaster & bigger rides. It rhen became a full-blown park of its own. It was honestly pretty damn good! It ALMOST reached Kings Isalnd levels. Then, it was bought by Six Flags & Kings Island by Paramount (the movie production company). BOTH parks got even BETTER really. Paramount kept all the classics at Kings Island & added more movie & show rides. Outer Limits: Flight of Fear being the best. But, they KEPT Beast, Vortex, & King Cobra….all 3 record-setters & first of their kinds. Anyway….so we added THAT to the list. Hit IT up a minimum of once per summer. So, now…we were taking at LEAST 6 trips to amusement parks, at THREE different big time parks loaded with coasters. As if I ever WOULD, at any single park….it just NEVER got “old” or “boring”. NEVER!!! Having three “Home Parks” was just icing on the cake & just added to the variety & whatnot. At that time, Cesar Point had 10-12 badass adult coasters, Kings Island had 7-8, & Kentucky Kingdom had 5-6. For to ride a minimum of 22 of some of THE BEST coasters in the works. Kentucky Kingdom’s Chang also set records. Millennium Force & Dragster, at Cedar Point, did as well. In fact, Magnum XL 200, at Cedar Point was basically the presocessro to Millennium Force. It was the first Hyoer Coaster AND set the record for tallest and fastest coaster, in the world, when it was built in the mid-80s. And it was what we call a “Power Speed Coaster” hits like Millennium Force. Kings Island was LOADED with fiesta & records. Shall I list them?!? Lol! It had the very first suspended coaster, The Bat. It was torn down after an accident. However, it was repairedshooped off, & rebuilt….and is NOW Steel Dragon at Cedar Point. King Cobra was the world’s FIRST Standup coaster. The Beast is STILL the world’s longest wooden coaster at just around 5 minutes long. SON of Beast, although became dangerous & is now torn down, was the tallest & fastest wooden coaster when built (MASSIVE!!$ AND the fiest wooden coaster to ever have a loop (and it was HUGE). While the looo had to be removed two years prior to its demise, & rhen torn down….it opened the door for many others to follow! Vortex was built on 1984. It set the record for most inversion, at that time, with SIX! Many coasters don’t even HAVE wic TODAY! That’s STILL a lot!! Kentucky Kingdom’s Chang was the tallest & faestws Standup coaster, when it was built, & ALSO set the reoffend form ost inversions bu a Standup …also worh SIX!!! Cedar Point’s Corkscrew was THE first coaster to have ANY inversions, with 3, all the way back in 1976. Theb, of course there’s the orignal revoed-sitters in Millennoum Force & Top Thrill Dragster. In fact, nobody even BEAT Millennium Force. Cedar Point just decided to beat THEMSELVES! Lol! Then, Kingda Ka beat Dragster by just a tad. But, the latter is still a MUCH better coaster! KK beats you up as bad as The Beast, IF not as bad as Son of Beast did!!! Dragtser is as smooth as a baby’s ass. Anyway….you can see why I feared leaving these parks. I still have Disney, which we are ALSO obsessed with. I’ve yet to take the family to Universal. But, I know it’ll be the same deal. Lol! I just can’t wait to go BACK, to go to Kings Island & Cedar Point, man! WHEW!!! Taht
A lot of people say that, but I disagree. Well, the drop has some pretty good airtime, just not intense, and there are three fairly intense airtime hills through the course. The first overbank is actually pretty forceful in the front row. It irks me when people say this has no airtime and is forceless, not only because it's not true, but because that really doesn't matter to me. I just like it because it's fun. The lack of intense positive G forces don't make much of a difference to me at all.
MasonAMinerPro Videos I went there yesterday and the cart right before us got stuck on it's way to the first drop and they had to stay there for like 20 minutes

What?
HECK NO!!!!!!! MILLENNIUM FORCE TO THE WIN!
Maybe that's your opinion.
***** MINE TOO!
***** Oh, sorry. :)
This is better than the official CP video. You can hear and see the G's in this video. I rode this ride when I was like 14 back in ohhhh maybe 99? It was the height of engineering back then.
How could you ride this before it was built :O. xD
+BananaBunches we went there in 99 or 2000 latest
@@ROMSradio It opened in may of 2000.
I am really close to here in Michigan it's so cool! :D
I rode this coaster. So scary. But the greatest one that will ever exist
THIS SONG IS FUNKIN AWESOME!!!!!!
This ride is AWESOME
Absolutely loved this ride
GAWD I love this coaster soooooo much!!!! First TRUE Giga!!
Moving to SW Florida, although coming down to Busch Gardens, both Universal parks, & ALL of DisneyWorld (10x Hester than Cali’s crap-ass “LAND” variety!!! Lol!!!)….it highly saddened me to be LEAVING my Trifecta of “Home Parks”:
Kings Island, Cedar Point, & Kentucky Kingdom.
WHEW!!! Taht
What roller coaster is better this or the mamba at worlds of fun?
Both are great but nothing can compare to Millennium Force since it is right next to the water
Still the best coaster ever made to date
Idk if I will do this but should I ride this one superman escape
Why does it look so much calmer on video than it actually is in real life
I love this roller coaster
ME TWO
Thank you
i went to cedar point this weekand i was too scared to get on any of there roller coasters and i like roller coasters too but it is a fun place to go
'Fun'... You didn't ride anything, so how was it fun? Lol
I went on this ride the first drop surprisingly had no airtime at all and the ride was extremely forceless
Wow... i never noticed how quick the lift was
MasonAMinerPro Videos I went there yesterday and the cart right before us got stuck on it's way to the first drop and they had to stay there for like 20 minutes
This was the best ride there the first drop gets u tho
I could ride this coaster all day
I always thought some night front seat POVs of all the CP coasters would be cool, since no one really does that and it's one of the nicest parks at night.
May the FORCE be with you!! LOOKS AWESOME!!
